Black Jack, but most the mth programs were found on my comp from way back when also.  :P

Unlike most other members of TI Community, I never made Black Jack, Roulette or any luck/cards game,.

My first real 'program' that I can remember was some JavaScript code that alerted a password that you wrote in a password field, so that everyone could see it. I then tricked my sister with it.

My first calculator program was Block Breaker. I've made tons of other little games and programs that I never released, but I can't remember the names and what they did.

My first program was russian roulette :P
I actually didn't understand what I was doing, since I just started. Actually Jim, who was already busy with TI-basic did probably the most work. As far as I know I maybe only drew the picture(s).
I never uploaded it anywhere. Good thing too, cause it kinda sucked.

I wish I had someone to code with (as in a team), but someone standing next to me.
Yeah, Jim's really been a great help with all my projects.

My first real program was a Python quiz then. I was only counting calculator so far.

And he's also older, so he probably has more experience, I guess.

It sure was, and I had great help because my brother was/is expert in it (He was 10 years back in the top 5 best JS programmers)

My first program (non-calc) was in Visual Basic... It was supposed to add two numbers together, but it actually added two strings together! So if you typed 1 and 1, the answer would not be 2, but 11.

That reminds me of having a very hard time learning booleans, arrays, integers and strings.

What was my first program? I have no idea. My first game was a train made out of the letter I hitting walls with really odd variable-based collisions. Now I tend to use the draw screen to handle collisions, and at least 6 different kinds. With saving pics in-program (never tried, may not even be possible) works, You could handle 60 different object types!

Just use the coordinates corresponding to the homescreen location, followed by *(2 or 3) and for Y, if the layer is over 3, use Y*2. Essentially fake "layering"

This took 25 minutes to explain in words.  :banghead:

Code: [Select]
If
getPixel(X,Y)=1
Then
Disp "Solid"
End

If
getPixel(X*2,Y)=1
Then
Disp "Coin"
End

If
getPixel(X*3,Y)=1
Then
Disp "Death"
End

I don't actually have any of my first programs anymore, but on my TI-82 I had found a bunch of stick-man death animations online, and then made some of my own :). It was pretty morbid, but a lot of fun. I'd love to find the original files I based all of mine off of, but I haven't been able to yet.
As for my first ever actual program, it was in QBasic, and I'm pretty sure it was
Code: [Select]
10 Print "Shaun rocks, Colby smells!"
20 Goto 10
Colby being my brother :D
Shaun

My first program is in Pascal... I think it's as useless as ti-basic on Nspire... But I only can program by these two... I studied Pascal just for the contest NOIP... And I finally got a very bad grade because I didn't listen to my teacher carefully And it's so boring because i were not allowed to use computer during the class...
My first ti-basic program, like many other one, was a quad solver.

My first BASIC program was a simple math program (I don't think it was a quadratic, as I have no need with an 89 :P)

My first C program was a port of Stephan Bauwens' Ballz for the 89. :)
