FX-124 Problem Please Help!!

Hi everyone, I have started to have an annoying issue with my Calc Casio 9750 GII i upgraded it to the casio 9860gII OS and it completed succesfully ( OS Ver. 02.02.0201). I installed some add ins on my calc like the CAS add in then i reset my calculator by going to reset because i wanted to delete the addin, thee add in deleted sucefully but now when i try to connect to FX-124 and I click the connect button the FX-124 stops responding???


Hopefully someone can help ???

Hi, do you mean that the calculator completely freezes or just gets disconnected? I unfortunately never performed a 9750GII->9860GII conversion so I am unsure if this can cause problems with FA-124, but what cable are you using? Is it the mini-USB to USB cable?

You could do: SYSTEM / Reset / Initialize All
Then open the Link menu, check the cable setting, enable receive mode and connect the USB cable.
Now try to connect with FA-124.
If it still doesn't work, use another USB port on your PC.
