Well, once I have it drawn out on paper, it is a matter of hard coding it as a string in a program.

And xlibman is correct, the game was like 3 mb in size on the original GB, and I am gonna try to squeeze that into an 83+SE.

The RBY series is 1MB, the GSC is 2MB and the RSE is 16MB (probably a few megs of empty space to fill the entire cartridge mem though). Diamond and Pearl will probably take up either 16MB or 32MB on the cartridge, but the games themselves probably won't reach 8MB.

most of them i think, it's easily edible to use more characters.

true and each 8x16 maps are 128 bytes i think, matrices are like 400 bytes each (hence why metroid is so huge)
