That's EXACTLY what it is, Art of Camelot! ^^
Everyone's welcome, so if you want to get back into TCGs by playing for free online with others... Then by all means, join~ (when I get it up and running) =D
BTW, I bought the webhost and domain today. Domain isn't up yet though.

Le gasp! You found my hidden stash! =O
As for the Map Editor... it's pretty much done. For now at least. It runs perfectly fine and all planned features are implemented.
I may update it more if I get more ideas though.

Well, you'll love my second project then, Galandros. =D (More info to come one day.) Geekboy, I'd definitely love to work on a project like that... but my god, that'd take forever. There's already a few programs that allow others to play online so we'll be using those and handle everything else at the site. Thanks for the compliments though, everyone! (DJ, I'll answer the PM in a second. I'd have replied earlier, but a friend of mine that I haven't seen in a year came over unexpectedly, talked for a bit, then left. )

Also, I'll definitely have to come back to Omnimaga. But, I'm not sure if I can keep the Admin status here... I don't do much actual admin work here anyway...
However, regardless of my position at Omnimaga, I'm definitely going to work on making time for it. You guys were my start. You're like family now. I'm not just going to walk out on you. ^^

No problem. I realize I didn't explain it very well. My fault entirely. ^^;

Thank ya kindly, you two~
Though, I think I explained the purpose of the site wrong. (You're not the only one to get confused by what I meant.)
It's not actually a game. More of a forum/site that's dedicated to gathering the best Yu-Gi-Oh! and Magic: The Gathering card players for competitive play while teaching new players how to be one of the best. It's kinda like High School for card games. We teach people while competing with other "schools" for nothing more than fun and glory. I plan on including all sorts of useful features to make it much more than just some forum as well.
Really, I'm using this kind of as a gateway to my next project I've planned which is actually a online strategy/RPG that's connected directly to a forum system. More information will be released once I actually start this project.
I have teams for both projects, but I'm doing this project before I tackle that big game project in say... a year or so. I really need the practice coding and running a big site, plus the graphic/web design practice in general. Also, advertising... definitely need to work on advertising. It's not an easy subject to cover.
Anyway, I hope this clears things up a bit.
(Still accepting all questions/ratings/comments/etc.)

I'm interested in the part of your code that manages gravity/jumping. I never quite developed a fast, responsive way to manage that. =P

Alrighty, time to let everyone know. (Forgot that I only told DJ.)
As much as I hate to admit it... I can't program an RPG alone. I have the coding ability... but a good RPG requires so much more than that. I need a story, graphics, ideas for features, theorycrafting, extensive testing for balancing issues, and so on. It's just more than I'm capable of. I've tried and tried... but in the end, I just can't manage.
If I had lower expectations for Nyaar, than maybe I'd be done already... but I can't bring myself to do less than the absolute best possible.
So, Nyaar's pretty much dead, sadly. If I ever pick the project back up again, I'll more than likely have to restart from scratch and I'll definitely have to have a predetermined, reliable team to work with.
I apologize to everyone who was looking forward to this project. Had I known this would happen earlier, I would never have announced it.
This, however, doesn't mean I won't still code on the calculator. It just means, I won't tackle another RPG alone.
Sincerely, {AP}

It would appear that your partners can hover! =D Looks nice, regardless, and it's still hella fast! Great job on that. ^^

About Nyaar... I forgot that I only told DJ about that... I'll explain in the appropriate topic.

It's been awhile... but here's my newest signature. Unfortunately, I'm working on too big of a project to make anymore for people yet... I'll get around to it eventually though. Unless you guys leave first. O.o Anyway... here it be: Avatar | Signature | | |
It was really more of a way for my to make sure I still knew how to do stuff in photoshop. It's been awhile...

Alrighty, I'm working on a new web project. I'll be making what's known as a "Duel Academy". Basically, it's like an MMO guild/alliance but for TCGs. We gather duelists, use the best of the best for wars with other Duel Academies, and train new members/players to become the best of the best. Anyway, so far I'm in the planning stages while I work on getting the money ready for a host. (Most likely 1and1 since I'm familiar with it.) What I have so far is the background/banner for the site and that's what I want your opinion on. (I'll probably be making minor edits to it anyway unless otherwise suggested.) Also, note that the big white space is just a placeholder for the actual content. Without further ado... (Click to enlarge) So... what do you think so far? Questions/ratings/comments all welcome.

Wow, I'm loving EVERYTHING except the Help menu. It was kinda hard to read, but good enough for it's purpose, I suppose. Regardless, great job. That menu at the bottom of the screen thing is genius. =D

Haha, 7 crystals. Definitely played a lot of Paper Mario. xP
I'm liking the looks of this project. (Especially the speed.) I'll be keeping my eye out for this. ;P
