... well, now you can have it.

I can write [almost] any Android application you want, as long as it is "self-contained". In less than 21 days, the app will be final developed and published on the Android Market (potentially ad-supported, unless you choose not to). Keep in mind that I possibly can't do EVERYTHING. Keep it simple. (No tablets or Google TV devices, by the way. Watches, yes.)

(URL Removed. No longer taking requests.)

I suppose that ever since I took a leave from Omni (and calculators... :< ), I've been working on graphics design and mobile applications development. Anyways, I thought that some of you guys have Android phones and would like an app for whatever you need, so I made a post here. :/ (Maybe I'm hitting the wrong audience, but I dunno.)

General Calculator Help / [Help] Installing TI-84+SE stuff...
« on: January 25, 2012, 04:45:14 pm »
Yes, hello guys. I decided to stop by again to ask a small question. (I've been held up with school and work. Plus, the teacher banned the CAS nSpire in school, so I quit calculator programming.)

Anyways, I have no clue on how to install apps for the TI-84. I need to install Symbolic (http://www.ticalc.org/pub/83plus/flash/programs/symbolic.zip) and another app. ;)

Is there a guide about how to install stuff like this? I haven't even opened the files. I'm running Mac, but I can go Windows, if needed. Also, feel free to recommend any math apps I should download.

Thanks!

AppInventor works great for mock-ups, unfortunately Google is shutting it down this month. :<

Here at my school, the teachers only use the 84 keypad.

One teacher was stunned when she found out about the functionality about the nSpire. XD

My CAS reboots sporadically, too. The keypad (for some reason) sometimes loses touch with the contacts. :/

So... Are you planning to add TI-nSpire keypads and others sometime? :3

Thanks for the warm welcome back. :3 I've been absent because of school and my freelance design job. But since the school year started, I'll be churning out a bit more programs than the summer.

And yes, the calculator can do math... XD /onlyforumintheworldwiththecalculatorasamajorgameconsole lol

He means make the white on the backgrounds transparent.

If possibru, can you add a blue glow? Like the retro? :3

Contrary to popular belief, the movements for three of the ghost are not random, except for the red one! I think it's on Google somewhere. Try googling "Pathways of the PacMan ghosts"

EDIT: It also appears that on the monochrome screens, the ghosts are almost transparent. :/

Hey, welcome to Omnom.

You're getting a calculator just to play games? :< What a shame. Would be more exciting if you developed games or wrote some programs for the calculators! Trust me, that totally beats gaming on the calc. If you want to get started on some simple stuff, try picking up TI-BASIC, (or if you got an nSpire, try nSpire BASIC. Both are similar, the only differences are the reaches of each dialect.)

Don't call yourself a noob. Noobs have no will to learn and only ask for things. Newbs are people who want to learn more but don't know where to start. ;)

Good luck on your adventuring in programming and have fun here at Omnom!

Oh China... XD

Never mind, I would probably have Rihanna - Skin playing while the toss my body into the ground in slo-mo. Then S&M when they bury the casket.

And for those who didn't cry, Lady Gaga - Poker Face could play for them. :D

14
Rihanna - S&M

Lady Gaga - Heavy Metal Lover

Of course, I had to pick those two. XD Imagining hearing S&M at a funeral.

Rayquaza, if it's not too personal, could you tell us exactly why he's doing this to you?  If I knew specifically why, I could help more so, since my dad did this to me multiple times before and I know a way to counter every reason they through at you (now my dad knows he'll lose so he encourages me to do a little programming each day, like maybe hour -- but got good at sneaking so I get in like 6 total)

I'm having a hard time understanding what's happning on RQ's end as well. From what I assume, most of what happens is lost in the IRC. Someone give a quick summary, please?

And he took you nSpire?!? That's not right. I still don't understand how financial problems could end your programming hobby. If you got the calcs, you got the ability to program.
