I'm planning to make a top-down shooter game. However, in debating between platforms, namely 83+/84+ and 89/Ti. I feel the 89 would be better suited because of the better screen, but the z80 would have a larger player base. I'll set up a poll, please reply opinions

When I try to compile a program with Axe 1.2.1 on the Nspire 84 emu, it gives me a messed up break screen, I have to replace batteries, and it reboots twice. Can I fix this?

Does DCS7 require xLib be on the calc to use xLib functions? Or is it built in to DCS?

So my friend's calc threw a ROM Error screen today (from what I could tell, when he launched an app). Is this a one-time thing or what? He asked me to fix it and I have it in front of me. Also, he damaged the screen, but I don't think this has anything to do with the problem... Ideas?

How would I find the names of all the programs on a calc in Axe? I know you can access the program if you know the name, but I don't know how to find what programs are on the calc
EDIT: 404th post. Post not found

My contest entry is working fine in oclua but when I package it with Luna it complains about an attempt to index upvalue [a table I'm using] (a nil value). And yes, said table is properly defined.

I'm using math.eval to generate a set. How do I find the nth element of that set from Lua?

March 19 at 1:40 PM I began work on my contest entry for TI-Councours 2013 yesterday. Thus far, I only have about half of the work done on a title screen, but I'm working on it.

Theoretically, using nLaunch, could you install a CX or CX CAS OS? What would happen afterwards? (I'd try it myself, but I'd rather not brick my only Classic)

I decided to try LuaCS, but as I don't speak French, I decided to translate the menus and such. Here's an English translation I threw together tonight. If I've made any errors, please notify me. (All credit goes to yatto for his wonderful program.)

What's the best calc for programming (especially on-calc)? I already have a TI-84+SE, Nspire Touchpad Non-CAS, and Nspire CX CAS. I'm open to any brand of calc.

(Didn't find a better section to put this in) Found this in my local CVS today. They were literally right next to each other o.O The clone was like $5 cheaper than the Casio, and had literally the exact same layout. (I got a little annoyed ) (Sorry about the blurriness, phone camera and holding 2 calcs with one hand do not mix well)
