Calculator C / nSpire slow counter?

hi, i hope someone can help me with that.
Basically i search a timer, wich ticks around 1ms.
The second nSpire timer semms to be the right one for me, but i've no idea how to slow it down :banghead:
I allready tried setting 900D0010 to higher/lower values but it changed nothing?

Hey, after i searched for Tetris and getting no results, i decided to make one.
Up to now it doesn't look nice, but it works. There is a Todo-list below.
Depending on your comments i will expand it.

Controls are mapped to the numbers and the touch or dpad:
4-left, 6-right, 2-down, 8-rotate, 5-drop

Things left to do:
- improve controls

Also i want to thank compu for making the block graphics for me and squalyl for hosting the project.
