General Calculator Help / Does downloading emulator Break Warranty?

Im new and was just wondering if the emulators void the warrantys of calcs. I have a new-and expensive- TI-Nspire with a 2 year warranty. I want to download games SOOOO BADLY but i'm worried about breaking the warranty. Can anyone answer this (With a strong source)?
