General Calculator Help / TI Link 1.3 wont install (usb error)

I recently downgraded my old ti nspire version from os 2.0 to os 1.1, and I uninstalled ti link 1.4 because it wouldnt work with Ndless.
Now ti link 1.3 wont install :'(
