I have released my 23rd music album on Friday 13th, which is "Hatansion II: Hardcore from Satan". I have to warn that two track titles contain swearing, though,

It includes UK hardcore, happy hardcore, makina, gabber and frenchcore.

Here is the link to listen to the album on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_lVIU7pkhjBOSIRKZ4MfolsLYQorMmhDCU
Otherwise it's also available on all the following music services: https://dreamofomnimaga.page/hatansion.html

The release of the electronic game metal music album "Metal is Like a Fantasy" was made earlier than planned at 12 AM France time instead of Quebec time due to a violent glow-in-the-dark unicorns storm that just hit Quebec City. I managed to end the invasion rapidly by releasing the album at that different time zone to end their madness. Here is the link to all stores on which it's available:

① Metal is Like a Fantasy
Epic metal inspired track inspired by "Blind Guardian" and "Rhapsody of Fire", featuring remixes of "Be my Best", "Firestorm", "Hardcore is Like a Fantasy", "Maximum Liquidation" and "Capture of the Far East Desert".

② 99 Swords and Potions
This one is about old JRPG games where you could hold unrealistically high amount of items and equipment in your otherwise tiny backpack as you traveled from one dungeon to another. It shows even more the shift towards the electronic and gaming side of the music more than the other tracks and for some reasons it sounds reminiscent of some "Jean-Jacques Goldman" material from France.

③ Total Losing of The Game
Among all the tracks on this album this is probably the closest to my typical electronic metal style. Inspired by "Dream of Omnimaga" and "Of Hope and Success", this track about arcade games is a remix of both "Super Ultimate Mega Doom" and "Scream" combined together into one feels-good melodic metal track.

④ Quest Save Erased
This track was inspired from a recent "AVGN" episode where the Nerd loses his "Final Fantasy VI" save data after a game crash and is about the unstable nature of old game and software save mediums. It is also a remix of my UK hardcore tracks "Rave Maelstrom".

⑤ Rainbow Unicorns' Arson
This one tries to have a name that is over the top and it's a electronic power metal remix of my old tracks "The Winter Trance", "The Summer Trance" and "Techno Strike". This tracks introduce low piano bass notes to the overall style.

⑥ Imperio Pop
Inspired from pop music (especially the 80's), this track ended up sounding a bit reminiscent of "Heavenly" band stuff in its electronic power metal form.

⑦ The Four Stupid Elemental Crystals
This track is about generic role-playing games from the late 80's and early 90's where all you had to do is search for the four elemental crystals to save the world and now having to search for them yet again.

⑧ Riot in the Enchanted Forest
This track is a follow-up to the previous one and adds the extra sound heard in "Imperio Pop". It is inspired by Nightwish to a certain extent.

⑨ Metal is Like a Fantasy (Short version)
It is a remix of my track "Hardcore is Like a Fantasy" into electronic power metal , but it has a little more synth effects than my 2011-2023 tracks of this genre.

My new album Hardcore for the 21st is now out at the above URL and at other stores:

https://djomnimaga.bandcamp.com/album/hardcore-for-the-21st
https://push.fm/fl/hardcore21

It only includes hardcore music (some of which will probably be eventually remade into electronic power metal or vice-versa).

TI Z80 / Re: Illusiat 13: The Final Chapter
« on: January 09, 2024, 04:48:37 pm »
-The save file is now archived at most times
-You can now exit the game with CLEAR when in the menu.
-Added Doors CS header and icon (although on the regular 83+ there isn't enough space to keep both this game and DCS7 installed)
-Increased experience and gold gained per battle
-Increased elemental experience gained when using magic
-Fixed error allowing you to enter the Hope Sanctuary before obtaining any key
-Made the game slightly more family-friendly
-TODO: Add feature in battle CAST menu where pressing a number key from 1 to 6 automatically chooses the associated magic spell and use it (1 PYRO, 2 ICE, 3 BLITZ, etc). This will speed up magic selection during battles as long as you remember which spells are associated with what digit.

Dream of Omnimaga, my 20th full-length album, this time filled with happy electronic power metal is now released on Bandcamp! This is also my first release under my new nickname "Dream of Omnimaga", which the album title shares.

https://djomnimaga.bandcamp.com/album/dream-of-omnimaga

It will be available on TIDAL , Qobuz , Apple Music and Youtube Music in the next few weeks. Although it will also be made available on Spotify I recommend using an alternate streaming platform because Spotify will stop monetizing less popular music tracks starting in 2024.

First Fantasy II: Pokéwalrus is one of the largest TI-84 Plus CE and TI-83 Premium CE calculator game available. It is a RPG inspired by the Pokémon, The Reign of Legends and Illusiat series and serves as an indirect sequel to Darkblasters for the TI-83 Plus and TI-84 Plus monochrome calculators and First Fantasy: Mana Force for the TI-84
Plus C Silver Edition, TI-83 Premium CE and TI-84 Plus CE (Python models included). Set over 1000 years past two apocalypses, you live in a world where almost everything is a walrus due to radioactive fallout causing widespread mutations over time. Walruses in this world battles as many species for fame and it is now your day. However, a threat also seems nearby and it is possible that the future of this world lies in your hands.

There are 15 dungeons, a large overworld map, 20 different attack moves, 2 healing spells, 300 playable characters spanning 10 elemental classes and open-world exploration. Brown version is the initial release and more will come in the near future hopefully.

News / Re: Zelda: Dark Link Quest now TI-Connect compatible
« on: January 29, 2023, 03:38:16 pm »
Version 2.00 has been uploaded to the Cemetech archives. It should be available at https://www.cemetech.net/downloads/files/2165/x2731 soon. As it turns out, version 1.01 from 2007 was improperly packaged, preventing it from being installed. Here are the changes that I've made:

-Removed several unnecessary line breaks in the game code, although some might still remain.
-Skeletons can no longer move diagonally.
-Swapped the menu opening and item usage keys. Menu opening is now DEL and item usage or switching to hookshot is 2nd.
-You can now switch between the sword and hookshot with the item usage button (2nd) if you have no other item equipped.
-You can no longer turn the calc off in the menu, as it crashed TI-84 Plus models.
-Hopefully it works with modern linking softwares this time around. It takes longer to install the picvars, though (four steps just for those alone).
-Added Doors CS 7 icon (although the game hasn't fully been tested in it yet)
-When launching the game for the first time or after deleting List CONT, the player can now set the game's contrast.

However, I was unable to locate the code for when you take damage from bosses. All code I saw referenced losing half a heart of life, even though bosses cause far more damage, so I am unsure what's up with that. The game was written almost 20 years ago and there are so many files that some stuff is buried very deep in it.

This is why, despite the game being nearly impossible to beat even with 10 heart containers and 4 fairies, I have left the difficulty as is. It was not too hard to beat when I was 18 but I guess I became slower and less reactive over time. The game is also incredibly hard to "hack", and some tampering with the save files could cause them to vanish from the list and trigger a new game instead, and at best it could prevent the final battle from triggering.

The final chapter in the 32-Bit Rekt music album Trilogy: Overcharged, is now available on Bandcamp! https://djomnimaga.bandcamp.com/album/32-bit-rekt-overcharged

This time around there is a lot of influence from the 80's, especially synth-pop, italo-disco and also the 90's and more, including more electronic power metal, UK hardcore and eurodance.

Like the two previous releases, the entire album was made on a Sony Playstation 1 emulator using Music 2000/MTV Music Generator, hence the 32-bit moniker, but this time around I used a modified version of Music 2000 that includes all sounds from MTVMG2, Music 3000 and Music 2002 Club Edition.

TI-Nspire / Re: nSMM - Super Mario Maker for TI-nSpire

If it wasn't for the fact that I still have a Wii U, I'd be tempted to get a TI-Nspire CX just for Mario Maker haha. Nice work so far. :)

Music Showcase / Spam content from DJ Omnimaga

I'm working on the second album now, and new merch has been made, although it's quite expensive (I guess that's what you get with small run (or no run), print-on-demand merch making websites and storefronts). There are regular t-shirts, all-over-print ones (in two formats each), a hoodie, a pillow, a mug and a sticker. I ordered two items to see what they look like in real life but I can't afford the rest and its shipping yet.

There is also some CodeWalrus merch but it's gonna be moved to a separate store eventually (not run by me because Teespring doesn't allow multiple accounts and stores). But I guess it's kinda fitting considering the mascot is shown in some t-shirts.

My landing page URL also changed, as I'm ditching Freenom, so instead of djomnima.ga my URL that contains all my streaming, store and calculator links will be https://djomnimaga.music-2000.com from now on. EDIT 2024: Moved again, this time to https://dreamofomnimaga.page

Also I just remembered that Superstar Hero OST sold over 110 copies (most in 2019-20 tho). *.*

That looks fun! Is this written in python? I sadly do not have a TI-Nspire CX II so I can't try it, but I seem to recognize the python interface and overall style. I like how it's like Rogue-like from the past.
