I meant a realtime feed on the home page, not a constant update on 377000 posts

Isn't this something Omni used to have?
At least I wondered where it went when I checked back after a long time of not coming on here. 4

News / Re: In memory of Tribal (1992-2013)« on: October 23, 2013, 12:55:04 pm »-snip-yeah the issue is that some people don't express their feelings as much or they do it too late, then come the issue about not knowing each others' address/phone in most internet friendship cases or not being aware that someone does (in my case in late 2010 I was lucky because Eeems found my address in Omni hosting account then gave it to juju). I tend to lock myself in as well. I've been through depression for a long while and have been feeling better for the past half year with my antidepressant pills. Sadly, those don't always work. I hope that if anyone here faces any bad thoughts, issues or personal problems, we can support each other for the general better being. I know I'm an on/off sidekick member here, but I quite love some of you guys. 6

Although I have had many long periods of complete absence, I do remember back when Tribal used to be more active on IRC.
All in all, I can't say that I really knew him, but he did seem like quite the nice guy. I'm sad that he didn't get the help and support he could have used, but it's not always as easy to know when somebody needs help. The most broken people can seem to be the most strong ones from the outside. My condolences to everyone that knew him. It's saddening, but I respect a man's choice over his own life, may it ever be such a hard one. May he rest in peace. 7

I voted 83/84+, basically for my own best interests. Honesty at its best.

Looks like a nice way to beat some money out of a dead product and also a good way to reduce the amount of different parts that has to be produced.

Cool. There's not really a need for it, but it could be cool.
Steam Big Picture + TV + PC would already do the trick but I guess this could work on a smaller budget. |
