TI Calculators / ndless 3.1/3.6 switchpack CAS question
« on: November 24, 2014, 12:55:05 pm »
Hi all,
I have a TI Nspire CX (non CAS) and Ive been running the 3.1 CAS version for a while but decided to upgrade to the 3.1/3.6 switch pack.
Ive successfully install the switch pack and can switch back and forth between 3.1 and 3.6, but the 3.1 OS is non CAS.
I Tried downloading the 3.1 CAS and TNOCing it but when I rename it phoenix and try to boot to it, it hangs at the clock screen.
So my question is, is there a switchpack version of 3.1/3.6 or 3.2/3.6 that has the CAS OS prepacked and working?
Thanks in advance
Update: I figured it out. I think it was just a quirk. I did the process again (this time with a 3.2 cxcas OS) and it liked it.
