Referring to Post #106, I am getting stuck at Step 8.  After copying nlaunch.tco, the "Operating System not found. Install OS now." message keeps coming up no matter how many times I try it.  Below is my setup:

nlaunchy CX 2.3

TI-NspireCXCAS-3.1.0.392.tcc

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Update.

So, now I'm just messing around and trying different things.  I pasted phoenix.tns, nlaunch.tns, and then nlaunch.tco into the CX calc and it rebooted with the same "Experienced a problem while communicating with the handheld. A retry may be successful."

Here are the differences now.  There was no error on the CX calc this time, but in the upper left hand corner PP123 displayed.  After a few moments it went to PP1234567 and the bar progressed to about 99% as opposed to about 60%.
