Miscellaneous / In search of a new email provider

So, microsoft decided to be dicks and not let me into my email account that I've had for years unless I provide them with a phone number or an alternate email address. The pretense they give is that it will help security and prevent me from being locked out of my account, but that is exactly what they are doing to me themselves. Anyhow, I'd like suggestions for an alternate email provider. I'm not exactly keen on the idea of GMAIL either, but that may be what I end up going with. So, any suggestions? What do you guys like or use?

TI Z80 / [2013 Contest][BASIC][Pac-Man!]

So, I'm working on a BASIC Pac-Man clone for giggles. So far, I just have some preliminary speed tests done. Pac-man and four ghosts generate pretty quickly. That's it though, no movement or collision detection yet. Hopefully I'll get a screenie up by the end of the day to show the benchmarks.

Gaming Discussion / Mega Man creator working on New Platformer. (Mighty no. 9)

Keiji Inafune (essentially Megaman's creator) left Capcom fairly recently in order to pursue his own endeavors. It seems Capcom wasn't giving him the creative freedom he wanted. Now he's back and is working on a new Megaman style platformer. Check it out <a href=http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/mightyno9/mighty-no-9>here.</a> The kickstarter opened yesterday, and it's already over half way to it's goal.

Guess this goes to show that the man knows what gamers want. Being a huge Keiji Inafune and Megaman fan, I'm definetly going to contribute. How about you? What do you guys think?

So freaking amped about this game. Already donated too.

This thread is for posting about accomplishments you've achieved during your gaming career. It can either be a really tough game you finally beat, a level your were proud of when you finally got past it, or an epic boss battle that made you feel like king of the world when you managed to beat them. For me, I sat down last night and decided I was going to beat Ghosts 'n Goblins. (arcade version) After several hours I finally prevailed!

There's definitely a reason this game is regarded as being so difficult.
