Introduce Yourself! / Re: Hi« on: September 08, 2015, 09:48:13 pm »
Hello there @john_god, welcome to Omnimaga. We have had several independent graphicing calculator hardware projects posted here over the years for example OTcalc and Ubercalc. Neither of these really got that far if I remember right. There was also a TI-82 simulator. I know yours is software, but the idea is similar. You are certainly welcome to post about your work, and I am sure some people will be quite interested.

This looks pretty awesome. I knew what it was when I saw the animation of spot you posted. I'm also curious why you don't use 4 level grayscale.

Still looks a bit slow, but very cool (and quite playable)nonetheless. Nice work!

TI Calculators / Re: Fun things to do with a TI-82?« on: September 03, 2015, 08:24:42 pm »
As annoyingcalc pointed out, Ticalc has tons of games and other programs available for the TI-82. You will need a TI graphlink or Silver link cable to send things to the TI-82 and you will need to use either TI-connect or TILP to send the programs to the calculator.

Yea, knight os has nothing to do with this emulator at all. I'm unsure about the status on this. You'd have to ask @jacobly.

Escheron: Twilight over Ragnoth / Re: "Escheron: Twilight over Ragnoth" — progress updates and discussion« on: August 25, 2015, 12:38:51 am »
Don't remember if it's been discussed before, but it came up while chatting with Iambian and Geekboy yesterday. Quicksaving would be a lovely addition to this game if it isn't planned already. By quicksave, I mean being able to quit and save most anywhere (aside from if you are involved in a battle). When you return, the quicksave restores you where you were, but is deleted immediately thereafter. Since this is a portable game that will likely be played in short(ish) increments at a time I think it is a must IMHO.

It's okay to bump an old thread if you are adding something relevant. Welcome to Omnimaga!

I understand what you mean about the punctuation, it is odd. However, as I said, you can easily use the report to moderation feature or PM one of us. We do not wish to give off or promote an environment that appears hostile.

News / Re: TI-Nspire emulator for Android« on: August 24, 2015, 04:00:48 pm »You kind of sound like a bot mixed with bigotedness towards that closed-source emulator's author, and it's getting ridiculously laughable at this point. @Adriweb Wow, that's completely uncalled for and rude. If you have such a suspicion, you can easily pm and Admin or moderator. However, I don't think that's even the case here. @Vogtinator : I understand yours and other's viewpoints on the closed source nature of SpiroH's emulators, but that is his choice. 312

TI 68K / Re: Descent 68k/X3D« on: August 22, 2015, 08:36:25 pm »
@catastropher Apparently this has developed beyond the scope of the 68k calculators now. That's pretty awesome. You should update the thread title to reflect that and give us an update!
