If ScummVM got ported that would be pretty awesome. Regardless, nice work on what has been ported already.

Yea, unfortunatley, the calculator didn't do much. Given the time constraints and all they had to do I'd say they didn't do to badly though.

Seeing all the attempts at people making their own calculator, I found this quite relevant. Still watching at the moment, but seems like a pretty neat project. Also, I love their intro.

I'm late to congratulate, but welcome aboard @Hayleia! This was in the pipline for some time, and was quite overdue.

Well obviously, I didn't have time to finish. I still wanted to finish it (even if it was late) and post my attempt. Unfortunately, I got really sick and haven't been doing much of anything recently. I hope to revisit this in a bit and finish it or at least post an explanation of what i was going to attempt.

I *think* I got the idea, but I've been really sick this week. Didn't have a chance to attempt anything.

So, I don't think my entry will be finished today, but I'm still going to post it here when I have it finished.

You can look here: https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm but it looks like FedEx handles it.

Escheron: Twilight over Ragnoth / Re: "Escheron: Twilight over Ragnoth" — progress updates and discussion« on: June 14, 2015, 04:36:11 pm »
Wow, that is looking pretty nice! I'd suggest trying to make the character movements a bit more smooth though. They seem a bit off somehow? I think it's because they are jumping 8 spaces at a time.

Resubmitted a working one without key repeat. 87 bytes now. Gonna keep trying and try to shrink it down. A different approach seems in order. Also @ everyone: You should submit your entry regardless of it being the smallest or not. This contest is about having fun, learning, and see what others did that you could have done better. It'll be good to see everyone's code at the end.

Well, I have a working solution now, but holy bloat city. It's sitting at 100 bytes. I'm sure there's a simpler solution that I'm just not seeing. At least it works now though.

Oh, I misinterpreted what that line meant. I thought it meant that key repeat was ok.
*edit*Hmm... I'm not sure how to make this work without key repeat. Other than doing something really bloated or silly. I'll have to give it some thought. |
