I'm curious though, I think you'd have to initialize the pixel somewhere on the screen(IE set an intial value fo the coordinates). Otherwise, it's possible your program will error from the start if the pixel is trying to display out of bounds. Also, just submitted an entry in TI-BASIC. How is size counted for TI-BASIC? Does the program name add to the size(My program name is a single character)?

Are we so against necroposting that we need to create new threads for late, but on-topic replies? It seems to me like that's taking things a bit too far.

If part of the issue is the topic title being misleading, I'd recommend simply putting something like [ENDED] at the front of the topic title when a contest is over, so any posts made after that point will have that tag and show up with that tag in new post notifications.
I agree, his post was on topic and relevant. It actually added to the discussion. We shouldn't discourage people from trying to improve their programming skills or offering optimizations. Isn't that what code golf is all about? You guys seriously need to relax. *edit*And no, we don't need a separte topic for on topic replies.

That's true, but the gamebuino has a lot lower resolution right? Weak CPUs and low memory have never stopped us from deving or gaming on TI calcs either. :P

Here's another awesome kickstarter project I found and backed. Bloodstained: Ritual of the night. It's being designed by Koji Igarashi; the man behind Castlevania Symphony of the night, and many other subsequent similar Castlevania titles. It really looks awesome, and I can't wait. :D

Here's a new arduino based gaming system on kickstarter. It has a screen res of 128x64 (same as the TI-86). The screen is black and white. All software is free and opensource. I thought it was pretty neat looking device, so I've backed it and I'm getting a 2 pack of em. Thought it might interest some of the folks here as well. ;)

Also looks like im the only one to help people here. If installation works for you, please come back and help others. Dont know how many people use this forum.

We have a decent regular userbase. Not all of them have nspires though or care about putting a CAS on a non CAS system. Personally, I think if you want a CAS machine that's what you should buy.
