Well, that sucks. :/ If you can't figure something out I'll see if I can rework them, or just make some new sprites.

ASM / Re: Is this a good z80 ASM book for me
« on: March 23, 2015, 05:10:54 pm »
It's not the best for me since my mother restricts my computer time. I would much rather read a tutorial in a book. What's the best z80 book for me?

Is this book better: http://www.amazon.com/Programming-Z80-Rodnay-Zaks/dp/0895880695/ref=cm_sw_em_r_tt?

Edit Sorunome: Merged double post
Based on the description, I would say yes, it is. You can also check reviews people have written on these books to get an idea what others think about them. However, I would use it as a supplement to a tutorial written with calculators in mind. The reason being that there are specifics that apply only to calculators.

TI-Boy SE - Game Boy Emulator For TI-83+SE/84 / Re: Help | Sorry
« on: March 23, 2015, 06:33:33 am »
First, don't link to Rom sites here. It's against the rules. Second, the first game you linked to was an NES game, not a gameboy game, so that's why it wouldn't work. TI boy is only for original gameboy games.
*Edit* also you can always use the edit button if you have something quick to add instead of double posting. :)

Just judging by the short description there I'd say not at this moment. Since you're a beginner, I'd suggest looking for a book that is an introduction to Z80 asm programming. You should keep in mind though;

1. These are generic z80 books and not all things will directly apply to TI calculators.
2. All the reading in the world won't matter unless you put it into practical use and actually write programs.

Hey p2, long time no see. Hope you're doing well. As to your question, I'm not really sure. There's probably a topic floating around about it here somewhere, but I can't recall at the moment. If your certificate is messed up I seem to recall that it can cause some issues. Brandon W or the thepenguin77 might have some insight.

Someone in my class, Azriel Ginian, said to me that his house is very high tech and his computer is also. He also said to me that he knows all the programming languages including Machine Code and he's only 15 years old! I need to work very fast. Can anyone help me quickly learn Machine Code?

Edit: Removed all Caps title. Please look up netiquette it might help some. - Geekboy

Your class mate is pulling your chain, and learning any language takes time and practice. It won't happen overnight.

General Calculator Help / Re: How to get this program from a TI84+ SE

It's also worth mentioning that if you see a program running on the black and white models it most likely won't work on the colour models. Someone will need to have made a version for the colour model as well. Oh, and welcome to Omnimaga!

If you'd actually read the very first post in this thread, it clearly states:
Let's start this off with a release of TI-Boy CSE Alpha 0.0.01! For the uninitiated, this is a Game Boy emulator for the TI-84+ C Silver Edition (Game Boy Color is not supported).

It is also mentioned in the readme file included with the download. This emulator is for Gameboy only, not Gameboy Color.
