Hey Ephraim. I know you linked to the Cemetech topic, but I would suggest editing your first post and give a brief description of what WizardC8 is. It'll be a lot nicer and neater than simply linking to another forum topic,(which people may not want to check) and will have all the info available here.

TI Calculators / Re: Is it possible to connect TI-86 to PC with an ordinary mini jack cable?« on: January 28, 2015, 05:17:48 pm »
It don't think it will harm your calculator. If anything it just won't work. It's similar in concept to the silver link, but i don't know what kind of internal differences there might be between the cables. I'd guess that it probably won't work. *Edit* You said TI-86? I don't think TI connect even supports that. You'd have to find linking software that works for the TI-86 as well. I'd suggest seeing if TILP (third party linking software) supports the TI-86. You'd still most likely have a cable issue though.
*Edit2* Ok, Ti connect does still support the TI-86, though I know I've had issues with getting some files to transfer, even with a proper cable. Not that the cable won't recognize them, but some files get flagged as invalid file types for some reason (last time I tried this). 458

I started adding/editing sprites and got a bit carried away. Here's where two hours got me: I really like these. Stylistically, it reminds me of NES games, though a bit more colourful. 460

TI-Boy SE - Game Boy Emulator For TI-83+SE/84 / Re: Official TI-Boy CSE Alpha Thread« on: January 11, 2015, 07:31:57 pm »
This is it's home. I'd expect a release here before Ticalc, but Ticalc would probably follow shortly after. Not sure why that matters though.

Other Calculators / Re: Opening of Old Ti-Floppy Disk« on: January 09, 2015, 05:04:39 pm »
Depends, if they are files belonging to TI they likely fall under copyright and aren't allowed under our TOS. If any of them are freeware though or have a license that permits sharing them that's fine.

A lot of the Cemetech links are still off. If I find some time before you do I'll try to fix them.
*Edit* Done. I did due dilligence and checked the rest of the links as well and fixed several of them. You may want to check the other topics you cross-posted on the other forums to see if they need fixing as well. |
