It must have been added in the updates. It looks to be similar to maxcoderz old shop system. You get a small amount of coins when you post and they can be spent on small pixel art used to personalize your post. I think they usually went on the bottom of the sig, though it's been a while so I'm not certain.

Hey, this looks really interesting. When you say 2-d what is it going to be top down like Zelda-ish or what? This looks like something I'd be interested in helping design. Do you have any concept screens or an idea of the battle system (hack and slash, turn based etc.) or what the inventory system will be like yet?
*edit*I was also wondering are you working with VB, or VB.net(which is newer)?

@Madskillz have you seen lachprog's 68k metroid in progress @ TI-freakware? That looks positivley delicious! ^_^ On topic, I like the arcade. It's a pretty neat way to pass the time if the forums are quiet, and it's fun to try for a highscore. I'd like to see more games added in the future. =)

You remeber, Sam Heald from void productions back in the day. He made mario, subhunt, and is the infamous author of the unfinished ASM Zelda game for the Z80 series of calculators. Same guy you were talking about.  *Edit* Didn't know he was still around doing stuff though... =) nice to hear.

Looks like the arcade system might be a bit bugged. I am unable to play also and i have 1.44 posts per day average. :'( Necro has less than one per day and he can access them. Something is screwy lol.

I voted for Exeggcute - Meowth - Abra. I have always loved Exeggcute and Exeggutor and Abra is ok for speed and power. Plus, psychics own this game.

I love alot of different types of music, Metal, Jazz, Classic rock, progressive rock, grunge, some jpop and japanese metal, classical, blues, opera, some techno et.al.Really, anything as long as it's good. Metal has a special place with me though, I can always listen to metal no matter my mood. I choose "other" because I like almost anything that falls under the metal genre with the exception of glam metal and black metal. As far as singing styles, anything goes as long as the singer is talented and I like their voice. ^_^ Some faves include: Dream theatre, Queen's Ryche, Manowar, Stratovarious,Deep Purple,Led Zeppelin Most anything with Ronnie James Dio, Yngewie Malmsteem, Guns N Roses, Blind Guardian, Dragonforce, Korn, Disturbed, Queen, Godsmack, Iron Maiden, Judas priest,Black Sabbath, Linkin Park, MSI, System of a down, Maximum the Hormone, Epica, Nightwish and Older metallica. Just to name a few. ^_^

There is no change in the second version and the first. I still can't get it to run. DirectX is up to date as is the driver for my graphics card. Ah well. At any rate that particular demo may not work on older (IE) crappy computers like mine.
