should I make a topic for this game?
this way I could post some of the lore of it too.

If you want to I'd say go ahead. I'm certainly interested, the sprites are quite lovely so far. :)

ClrHome got deactivated by 000webhost for excessive CPU usage, will be back as soon as they reactivate and let me download my data.

Hmm... I wonder what was causing all the CPU usage? ??? You said you're switching hosting shortly though anyways right?

I saw a friend play Starbound recently and it looked pretty neat. That'd probably be my suggestion. :)

I'll have to give the updated version a listen. Haven't had a chance to check it yet since you improved things.

Looks like this might be a pretty neat episode. I used to be a pretty big fan of Weird Al. :)

Hello! It's been a long time so I understand if you don't remember me, but if you do I still send a general GREETINGS!

It's been probably almost 2 years since I last visited Omnimaga due to life complications and schedules, but I have been nevertheless busy. Currently, myself and two other former Omnimagians, BinderNews and ThunderMagnet have been running a minecraft server. Under recent events we find our selves searching for new members to increase population. After a quick meeting with Binder and Thunder, we have decided a general invitation to all our old friends from Omnimaga would be a nice gesture :) And so I send a WARM HELLO and an IP address to the Vortexel Minecraft server. 198.24.171.34:25600

Thanks much and I hope to meet back up with a few old friends from the Omni Community :)

Formally,
saint

p.s.
I do recall there being several rules as to posts and such on the forum so I apologize if I miss categorized or failed to properly do something. :)

1. Welcome back, as Juju said.

2. You have some grammar errors. Go back and fix them.

3. This is spam and doesn't belong in this forum. Go somewhere else if you want to advertise your server.

@saintrunner: Welcome back! It's been a while. :) your post is fine, and in the right place.

@ Bluebear: I don't know who the hell you think you are or what your problem is. If youd like a ban I can easily arrange that.

Hmm... I thought this might have been pimath's topic. :P Also, these are tacos, not spam.

My little brother is the taco lover, not me :P

Whoops, lol. I got confused. XD

@dreamdragon: I notice that you've posted several topics in the "introduce yourself" section (including this one) that did not belong there. In the future, please try to post them in the proper section. Thank you.

@DJ: Thanks for moving these.

Hey welcome to Omnimaga! You should definitely pick up a TI-84 if you're able. They're pretty nice little machines. :D

HP Calculators / Re: Life Force for the HP Prime
« on: January 18, 2014, 08:21:12 am »
Progress:

Implemented ship motion, shooting, and dynamic backgrounds. The background is generated as needed. The user may shoot while moving the ship. The firing rate is dependent on whether the shoot button is held down or pressed rapidly (to mimic the old NES behavior). Any "stuttering" happening with shooting and moving is due to my inability to use the left hand and simultaneously shoot and move, while filming with my right hand. On the calculator, it's very smooth.

The entire source code is 13KB including graphics (so far). I imagine the game engine will (hopefully) be under 100KB and the rest will be graphics. I wrote a playable version of COLUMNS that was only 35KB or so; I cannot imagine this would be that much more complicated.

Wow, that looks quite impressive so far! O.O

Yea, your post makes it sound like the opposite. It's not worded that well.
