best of luck if you try. i imagine the collision detection will give hell with those moving platforms..

Moving platforms?  I dont remember any moving platforms o.O Unless it was in one of the later versions?  Ive only done Shift 1... (and made a Basic port for an old contest :D)

Heh i remember when i was programing Portal and i was editing the last sequence.  I had to scroll through over 8000 bytes of Code to get to the buggy part ;D

Sounds good to me ^^ I personally voted for Axioms, just because of how much easier it would be to have several different subprograms instead of a single 8000 byte program to edit.

yeah that sounds good to me :) Hmm though... what if you wrote your Axioms in Axe?  Axe compiles to Asm, so i think you could theoretically use Axe Axioms :D

Sadly, yes,

I think you mean no?  Ztrumpet was asking if they were Axe code (and therefore usable in the contest).  You said yes, but it sounds like you mean the opposite? o.O

What about doing it in a roundabout way, like when you want to send it to your computer, it creates a program that is identical to the App, but just a program.  And then on the computer, you would have some sort of utility that changes it into an App, and also signs it.

Wait, i thought Axioms was just the ability to have some of your axe code in seperate programs?  Like subprograms.  Why is that considered non-native code?

So i am having a slight problem with the error stroller.  Specifically a piece of code like this

Code: [Select]
Pt-Off(2,2,1+1+1+1+Pic3
I added the 1+1 to make Pic3 go off to the next line.  When Pic3 is undefined, and the error is scrolled to, it does not place Pic3 on the correct line, and the text gets kinda mangled. I am using the 0.3.0Application Beta if that means anything.

Yeah i recommend making it somewhat cross compatable with the TiOS, even maybe going as far as replicating frequently used OS routines (mayhaps in a faster manner ;)) It will help bring some already finished games to your platform as well as encouraging developers to develop towards this new (and yet untested) OS.
