Note: I edited some above posts to fix the typo.  None of the content was changed in the above posts that I edited, except for the name of the post.

Doh!  More iTouch failure.  Its at least better when i had the title of Serenity wrong for 3+ pages though XD

I think (but i'm not sure) is that when multiplying by any arbitrary number, it uses the general multiplication routine, but when multiplying by 2, you use the dedicated x2 routine?

EDIT: nice Ninja there Quigibo :P
EDIT2: Double ninja  :o
EDIT3: Damn Triple ninja :(

Like for making games you mean?  I went through a phase where i liked to use it, but then i moved on to liking xLib/CelticIII better for games.  I like omnicalc for the math features, plus the parenthesis assistant, and the fast apps.

Its true that Desktop PC's are becoming less common, but I think it will take a fair ammount of time for them to disapear completely, if they do at all.  Desktops will always be faster than laptops just because you have more space to work with, easier cooling, ect...  Only the future will tell though, I'm rooting for them to stay around ^^

Yeah, your going to need to find some sort of compression technique, as a list can only hold 999 elements, and there are 5795 pixels on the screen.

If you wanted to use an assembly lib, I'm sure xLib would be very helpful for this program, with its handy sprite manipulation, although i can understand if you want to code it yourself :)

General Calculator Help / PRGM button
« on: February 04, 2010, 12:06:47 pm »
So recently while programing on my calc, I have run into an interesting OS glitch with my calc O.O sometimes when I press the PRGM button to get to an If or While, I get the traditional list of programs instead ( like when you press it from the homescreen ).  Has anybody else ever experienced this?  I think I'm going to update my OS just in case it is serious

I think calcapture has the option to set the window, so you could set it a bit bugger than the screen size to capture part of the calculator.  I use this to cut off the unused row/collomn on the right and bottom of the screen :)

But the good news is that i havent had a project yet that has died from loss of motivation!  It just took longer than expected ;D
