Hello, I really need help testing a laptop power supply. The laptop is a Lenovo IBM ThinkPad T60p, and what I believe is the PSU (can't be totally sure as I don't have a schematic which costs money) is a Toshiba TPC8109. The datasheet can be seen here: http://pdf.datasheetcatalog.com/datasheet/toshiba/2849.pdfI have a multimeter and a/c adapter, and similar tool, if I need to test resistance, or do anything about running voltage through it, I dunno? Never tried anything like this before, but I really need to get this IC tested. EDIT: It's significant to note that when running, this laptop states the battery level as being 99%, but it obviously will under no circumstances run without the charger; the battery isn't really at 99. Butt assorted battery programs say it is, which could be a good clue! Also, in BatteryMonitor, a good deal of information is "not available", like Charge Rate and Charge Cycles.

Yes but what is it for? Are you doing your own music remixes of it or is it for the custom album jackets you were making not so long ago?
Yeah, it's just for the album art edits.

What's ETDW project?
Does it look like it could be Enter The Dream World?

Not counting obseleteness, I especially appreciate Windows 3.1, 2000 Professional, XP, and 7. 3.1 on anything 80208 to 486, 2000 on Pentium to Pentium III, XP on Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon, and 7 on anything else newer than Pentium 4. I think 10 has great hope though. Vista I really liked but paled compared to 7, same for 98 to 2K Pro and 8 to 10.
Linux I'm still avoiding so far, but I did enjoy a little stint with Archlinux on my netbook, more so than Ubuntu for example. It was ridiculously lightweight; if I had a less powerful netbook I'd definitely give it a fair try, but as it stands it runs Windows 7 Pro with ease.

Yeah, having the tower-thingy being not diagonal would be nice, but I can't think of a way to do it besides having the original background, original transparent album name, and original transparent artist name, and placing them on centered. EDIT: Went ahead and put together a CD art with straightened colorful tower-thingy. It's a basic crop of the original background, the moon-thingy is gone, the artist is low-res, and there's some whatever-you-call-the-light-bits-around-an-object (aliasing?) on the album name, but there it is anyways, it was fast to make:

My brother is into audio electronics, and he was wondering what precisely is it doing to mix the channels? Are the ICs just for amping or something? Also if you have a schematic that'd be cool

I wanted a CD label for Enter the Dream World, so I used GIMP to force the front album art into a CD shape, and DJ asked me to share it here: Also thanks for sharing those DJ, I like them and am printing a few CDs of them.

I have a fondness for the sound my 80s electric typewriter makes when it initializes. I also like the smell of it's old electronics + grease. Also the sound of old hard drives - when I was a kid I slept with a '91 laptop running near me, so it brings back good memories. +1 for dialup sounds too!

Is it as it appears, that there's a huge amount of making the newer albums out of songs made on older? Mainly, most of the songs on Omnidance are on newer albums? And I couldn't have guessed Epic Journey through the Galaxy was from 2007.
Nothing done in 2009-2010?
Fixed some errors.

Okay thanks, I knew some of it was inaccurrate, but not what. Also, I like my own formatting (including download links), if that's acceptable.

Not yet; no money yet. Ideally I'd like to hear if anyone has any info on the problem first, though I'm sure I'll buy one eventually.
