Yes, I used zstaxe. Sadly zStart has to be on the calculator for the program to work, but that's really not a huge problem since so many people have zStart anyways.

I used memkit and I don't think it listed locked programs... I made a lib that lists all programs in alphabetical order here. Its kinda sloppy because I made it a while ago, but you could try it. I used it in AlphaCS.
