Sometimes it says 655 for me, too, when I start the flips. 141K high score btw About the last achievement. I've gotten them all, but the last one doesn't appear...it's just a blank.

What I ended up doing for Essence was 1) Come up with random word 2) Open http://thesaurus.com3) Click around at random until something likely is found Another idea would be to somehow make an acronym, like I almost had Dimension Shift as "S2" ( Shifting and Switching) Just a few ideas to get the mental gears turning

What might work is having the large map and the large inflation, then after you divide it by 256 (or whatever the inflation is) you could artificially increase the value, based on its position in the tilemap. Not sure how practical that would be, tho. (myself, I haven't inflated by 256, even *64 seems like more precision than you need with such a small screen )

Well I could put in another byte for the enemies' health, and/or some other attribute, but the slowdown would be the fire animation, having the on-fire stuff on a separate buffer where the fire algorithm can do its stuff.
Also, another idea: Grenades/Frag Grenades. Maybe "Fireworks" based off of those?

Possible. What I'm running into is I have more weapon ideas than the player can have "Quick Access" to. Perhaps have mission briefing than the player chooses the weapons best suited to the mission, idk. I think I have another byte in there that isn't serving any purpose, So I could use that to determine the flame length.. (tho it wouldn't be a flame per se, just a slow-moving stream of projectiles that expire after a bit) EDIT: btw don't expect enemies to burst into flame, I know how I'd do it but the engine is slow enough as it is, not to mention it would need another buffer

I don't see why there would be some restriction on the link, it's freeware And "backspace" is the key that deletes letters.

What part of it didn't work? It's supposed to open a dialog in which you can choose where to save, then takes the animated screenie until you stop it. Btw, you don't have to go in File... you can just press BackSpace

This is prolly too big to be in the app, but how about a find/replace? Is the program editor too unfriendly and/or poorly coded to handle it?
