Casio Calculators / Re: I got a Prizm :D
« on: August 26, 2011, 12:53:56 am »
Hm, when I plugged mine into windows XP it opened up as if  it were a flash drive...

Try this.  On the Prizm, Main Menu → Link (or just press cos)
Set it so it says USB, ON, Memory.  (I think these are the defaults)
Plug in the cable, a thingy should pop up on the prizm.  Select "USB Flash", which iirc is 1.

Watch epicness unfold, no linking program needed :D
EDIT: just did it again.  It should go though this thing saying "Preparing USB" that takes about, 15 seconds?  It goes faster after the first time, tho

btw I just got one too, on wednesday ;D

And it will take four hours to boot up the nspire.
I already notice the CX takes a friggin long while to boot actually. I think it takes 2x longer than my clickpad. X.x
I remember first time I turned on the prizm, I was like "Great, this is always going to happen?"
just the first time btw (:

Awesome program btw.  I'll keep this thread in mind ;D

I open a new text document and write ...
"start cmd"
I saved the file as cmd.bat, and i ran it.
Instead of opening command prompt like i thought it would, it repeatedly opened cmd.bat over and over again >:D
Hm, somewhat similar to that but a bit different ;)

Anyway some ppl  at my school were trying to come up with a senior prank...reminds me of this thread :P

Hmm, at my school there's a form of halo "H4LO" that goes on a flash drive..people play that all the time through the school network :P

iirc, at one point I had compiled a list of unblocked game sites...
* Darl181 wonders if he could find it years later

* Darl181 didn't know it was this complex O_O
None of them are random, apparently, except in "frightened" mode..

Casio Calculators / Re: Your calculator serial number
« on: August 24, 2011, 11:35:43 pm »
If so then where did you get the service ID and time stamps from?
[/s]nvm, got it.  I guess emphasize "keep the  buttons held down until something happens" :P

Press [OPTN]+[EXP]+[AC/ON] to turn on your calculator. Then press [F1] followed by [9].
- The Service menu displays the service ID
- The Version menu displays the OS version and the OS+BIOS time stamps (DateO+DateA)
For some reason I can't get that menu.. D:  Where do I get to it from?  the "homescreen", the menu?  Do I hold F1 and 9 together?[/s]

Also what constitutes for Locate being glitched?  I tried the code on the first page (tho having both loop going from 1-6, b/c 0 gave a domain err) and it worked fine, then I put "Green" in front of the Locate and only the left half of chars was green, the other black (until it ended, then it all turned green at once)...
I'm guessing that's glitched :P

Edit:
Code: [Select]
Serial: 755aw14ma072301
OS: 01.02.0200
DateO: 2010.1122.2053
DateA: 2010.0916.0917
Service ID: DbBEELI9
Has glitch.

Just bought it today.

Yeah, the animation is 4 pics.
(userbar is too.)

And thanks for the sprite.  The background is going to be predominantly black anyway, so that'll work :D

Hm I guess I didn't feel it in California? :P

I have a sister living in Alabama, who's coming out to visit in a few days..
* Darl181 wonders if any members are there..

EDIT: apparently there was one in Colorado, a 3.9.  Didn't feel that one either.

Does he have to do it all on his own, or can someone(s) help him with it?

I might be able to help with this, provided the homework doesn't go overboard x.x

« on: August 22, 2011, 10:07:30 pm »
From what I've seen on IRC there's a sort of Picture-in-Picture thing planned, which would work well for a thing like that ;)

I haven't tried this in a while due to the amount of space it takes on a BE, but I don't remember it scrolling really slowly... ???

oic...the thing is it is rounded on the corners (you mean the outermost I'm guessing?) but they either go over the top/bottom (the animation is 24pix tall at 2x size, and the userbar is 20 :\ ) or it blends with the top of the raingraybow.

EDIT: I have most of the things sprited, just not the grounds, enemies, background stuff and milk bottle.  I've been making them 8*8, and for the milk bottle I kind of failed at that :P
So, if someone can make 4-level grayscale milk bottle (something close to 8*8 ), it would be appreciated ;D

Mines mostly the same, except that I replaced the DS bar with the NyanCalc (name not set yet but w/e) bar.  DS bar put in other spoiler with Tio bar.
Also, I think at this point I'm done with 0.5.3, since 1.0.3 isn't giving me the problems (other than once or twice soon after I sent it but hasn't done it since) so 1.0.3 bar is in :D

What I don't like much about it now is it's pretty much all blues and grays at first glance..I'll have to find some way to re-inject color into it.  Maybe the prizm bar and the next axe bar of a bright color (maybe yellow again?) would do it, idk.

* Darl181 just noticed, all of the bars on top I made myself :)
