General Calculator Help / Re: Ti Nspire with 84+ keypad, 4 games 1 cant run of nout enough available memory..« on: August 17, 2011, 07:36:30 pm »
Just to clarify, when referring to shells "run from archive" doesn't mean run directly from archive, it automatically copies it to RAM then runs it.
Btw no need to run doorCS, all games that did not run before do run now after getting DCS * Darl181 just uses zStart, only a 1-page app but to each his own I guess

Whether programs are initially in RAM or Archive, they need to be in RAM to run. If there isn't enough free RAM to take the program the program will not run. This is solved by archiving as many things as possible.
EDIT: or deleting junk vars, such as the TIOS lists. IIRC linking programs give you the option whether to send to RAM or Archive. 1684
There isn't anything attached to it, it's more of a "to-do list" apparently (not that you can attach to a typewithme, only newer etherpads but still)
EDIT: unless there's a newer version attached somewhere, this is the only public one. Also notice that post came around a month before the posted attachment, implying the bugfix is included. 1686

I'm picking up my project again (the one I was working on before all the abscences )...
Tho I guess this is just a seasonal thing. I'm guessing mid-september or so there's prolly going to be a bunch of new people with 84s, prizms, nspires; hopefully with projects of their own after a while 1687

2-player via a 3-pin cable (the hole labeled "I/O") is supported by axe tho.
It's not very documented, but threads such as this may help One suggestion I have, tho I'm not sure how feasible it is, is to work with Axe's grayscale so the scrolling is smoother. Maybe display the frame something like 3 times between each Horizontal/Vertical command? 1690

...I was asking about that simgle line, not the entire loop
2 or 3 bytes with End, 4 or 5 bytes with EndIf or End!If. But While 1 and Repeat 0 themselves result in 0 bytes of compiled code.Ok thanks, that's what I needed. 1695

So TiLP works with Nspires in 84+ mode? I remember hearing the USB emulation on-calc was inaccurate...
