Iirc the older calcs are slightly slower hardware-wise. There used to be a topic, but I can't seem to find it anymore.. They make up for it in ram pages and other fun tho

Personally I'd still go for some sort of powerful on-calc editor/compiler on the Nspires. Same for the Prizm. Bonus points for being a largely cross-compatible language. Even if a person has their own computer it's still a lot more mobile to only need the calc to get things done Just need to take care/backup more

Maybe the differences are because of google personalizing results? I don't use my google account much and it's the same as first post. Looks like google saw the sig and thought it was important.

What do you have in mind? Utility? Games? Customization? My own, kind of utility- and programming-centered apps list: Axe Calcsys MSD8X Omnicalc Portal USBDRV8X zStart | | Programming language Hex editor and other technical stuff Doesn't work on newer calcs, unfortunately reads flash drives Awesome utility, especially in pre-MP oses imo
Usb driver, needs a not-very-common adapter tho Really awesome utility |
I suggest having a look through this, there's some pretty cool stuff in there (CleanArc is a must-have). Also this, for extra security/awesomeness. Just as a curiosity, how new is your calculator? Did you just buy it, or is it second-hand?

Anybody else have one of those plastic-package-openers from the dollar store around? Box cutters do the trick as well

People are going to be so frustrated when the OK and X buttons don't work.
Maybe the image could link to starcraft.swf or similar. Would kind of work

In all seriousness the shaking one isn't that bad imo. It's like reading a screen with cleartype Of maybe if the blinking one pulsated or something, like that userbar ralph had for a while. Edit: or something like this...

middle-click will always open in new tab, the question is if normal klick should open in new tab or in same window
Yeah, that's what I was saying If the default is to make the links open in a new tab, there's no way to have them open in the same tab.

On that topic, is there any chance of ourl.ca links opening in the same tab?
I think we should vote on that as I like that they open in new tabs...........
Personally I'm thinking if a person wants it open in a new tab, there's middle-click. Nothing to make new tab links open in the same tab afaict. This would just be for the post notifier links. Poll sounds like it would work..or another option?

Nover shouldn't crash/cause crashes if you take heed of the warnings and know what you are doing. Personally I haven't had any because of it. In an emulator, there's 9/10 chance of a (accurate) clock already being on the computer screen. Anyway, if one's calc is crashing, keeping a clock set is probably going to be the least of their concerns (tho if it's put in /startup it'll ask if it has the time right, iirc)

He lost the source in a hard drive crash, so it can't be modified anymore. (except with hex editing apparently but that's pretty hard)
