Regarding the color contrast, it might be just me but the banner kind of works with the V5Retro theme. :P

And indeed April Fool's pranks by definition can't happen in March. That wouldn't make any sense.

[X,T,theta,n] pauses the game, use it whenever you want to tell the colors apart more easily ;)

Well, the college education was finished so I guess it wasn't needed anymore :P

An older sibling of mine was moving out of their apartment to out-of-state. A bunch of stuff that nobody cared about was dumped in the hallway. In an old backpack's front pocket was a certain calculator. :P I think that was August '09.

Lots of messing around with CabriJr, thinking I was awesome.

[2nd]>About. Ti's site used to have a student zone that linked to calcg, I found ticalc from there.
I remember first finding omni when Shift got featured, but thinking it was just another flash games site or something b/c of the theme :-X

Following was about ~6 months of tinycarz, ztris and such in geometry class. This happened. Spread Sam Heald's Mario like the plague, or at least tried to. Messed around with basic a bit (discovered stat-plot drawing independently, woot?). Eventually Axe got featured.

Today. ;D

Other Calculators / Re: Anybody ever saw that strange TI-89?
« on: March 28, 2013, 01:24:34 am »
I'm wondering if it's a later model..the 2nd/alpha key labels are centered. Afaict looking at datamath, only calcs later than the 84/89t are like that?
E: tho the only calcs labeled like that and aren't the curved case are the 76.fr and the 82 stats..might be a 'shop :P

TI-Nspire / Re: z80 emulator for Nspire
« on: March 25, 2013, 04:44:28 am »
Would be nice to see a Prizm version indeed, especially seeing that the keypad/ports are similar. (except it's not a mini-AB for the usb but oh well).

It's working for me anyways. :)
I take it linking isn't implemented yet :P Could be possible to have 2nd>Link point to a folder or something?

The nspire one was calc84's project, but he lost the source in a hard drive crash. Iirc it is/was hard-coded into a rom so it can't be legally shared.

Insert obligatory comment hoping Axe will work on it when finished. :P

Definitely keeping an eye on this :D

Wow, any tutorials out there for all that? :I
For the installing part, depending on the distro you use most of it's automated so the most technical thing you have to do is move a slider determining how much memory you want to give each OS :P  This should help, just switch out 'ubuntu' w/ distro of choice for the most part.
Also backups.

For TiLP, this has worked well for me ;)

Regarding the distros most people start out with ubuntu or mint afaict. links and stuff

The url of the page you end up on is http://themetapicture.com/media/picture.jpe , which seems kind of general :P
Maybe it's their idea of a 404 page or something? Or it's just broken.
