Thanks I just realized how kind of dumb I was to include things like optimizations into the poll. Common sense didn't quite kick in on my part to make me realize that seperate versions and optimizations can't happen until the end... Circles are still giving me trouble. I'm wondering: can the radius be negative? And will abs( work? If not, I think I may have to completely re-write the circle direction routine...oh well. And a notice: the level var format has changed. I plan to write a utility to edit the current levels to the format they're at now, we'll see if that happens They're 96 bytes larger, by the way.

I spent something like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to trigger the effects before I realized they happened on their own And actually, I was using Calcutil. For some reason (IDK why) my 84+ thinks it only has 10 appslots. DCS is too big.
Got to 75% on Ipod level! Yay! Also go about 20% on Heaven level first try
Oh and does this work fine on the 83+BE? The whole Algebra II class has these library-issue 83PBE's and I was wondering if it wouldn't clear their RAM or anything (not that they have anything that would be missed, but still...)
This is strange, I read about your problem on Cemetech forums. This sounds like something you might want to report to BrandonW or FloppusMaximus. He posted a tool to dump him an OS certificate so they could examine it. You tried reinstalling the OS, right? If so, then I wonder if it could be a certificate problem or an hardware issue?

A little late on my part , but see attachment Stats: level 1 82% XBox indie 88% Level 2 22% Level 3 40% I'm now 46.4% through the whole game, including the hidden level EDIT: Ah ok, I poked BrandonW with it.
Thanks

I guess pin x goes to the shield? *goes off to check and/or look for a mini-A cable

Same here about the calc→PC connection, it's only now that I even know the difference. I'd better check what cable I'm splicing together.

I cut the two cables in half, spliced together the like colors, taped each separate cord to its matching-color cord (making sure the bare wires touched each other) with electrical tape, then sort of twisted together the shields (the bunch of bare wires on the outside). The mini-A vs. mini-B thing seems to hit home, though. So, it's like this pic? Pic found on Google So, I need to find a mini-A plug for USB8X/MSD8X to work. I feel like I'm a lot closer to getting this stupid adapter made than I was five minutes ago...

Well -f made the output app three pages. But -r seemed to work. So, let me see... rabbitsign.exe -r -k <keyFile.key> -t <outputFormat?> -o <output.8xk> <input.8xk> ...the stuff in red being unnecessary. Good to know.

where do I put the -r ?

Cool, so first type "rabbitsign.exe -c TWHGEdit.8xk". It should say there is no certificate.
If there isn't one, do this: "rabbitsign.exe -k 0104.key -t 8xk -o TWHG.8xk TWHGEdit.8xk"
That should work.
I typed the first part and it said TWHGEdit.8xk: error: incorrect application length I tried the second part, and it gave me a bunch of errors.

The 'Drag App Over Me' Rabbitsign isn't a bat file - it's an exe, so you can't really edit it.
*facepalms* What happens if you just run rabbitsign itself?
It appears and dissappears. I'll try and see what it does in command prompt... Screenie. ↓ *!* Oh, you're the person who wrote it!

Hmm...yeah...I'd have to call one the Less-Mem Version or something. I think I'll just concentrate on making the thing work for now, though.

Which bat file? The drag app over me, or rabbitsign? [offtopic]Hey, kind of fitting how on halloween we're talking about bats [/offtopic]

I could just name it different. TWHG → TWHGG TWHGEdit → TWHGE
Or, I could combine them both into one app. That would take a while. I could conserve space for the strings by not repeating them, though.

Could you try uploading the entire contents of that file so we can take a look at it? Maybe something's wrong with the batch file.
Sure, see attachment.

I've been trying to use 010A. I'll try 0104, see if that makes any difference. Same... see pic TWHGEdit is the app I'm trying to sign. How would I do it manually? what would I type in?

the bat file. It pops up when I drag the app over it. 010A.key is a key that only works for the 84+. 0104 (which is included in the rabbitsign binary) works for both the 83+ and 84+.
Really? I guess I'd better use 1014 then. I still have no idea how to use the thing, though. It says: 'rabbitsign' is not recognized as an internal or axternal command, operable program or batch file. Signing Complete! Press any key to continue..._ Yet nothing happens to the app.
