General Calculator Help / Re: Exporting/signing apps?
« on: October 31, 2010, 02:13:21 am »
I'm trying to sign an .8xk and make an .8xk from it.
I've tried wabbitsign, rabbitsign, and the utility included with axe parser and none of them worked for me.
What are/is the best program and what is the syntax using 010A.key?

Slight update: now I have multiple finishes enabled.  Before, you could only have one finish block.  Now, you could have as many as you want.

@Darl181: Are you having problems?  I almost made one, but I couldn't bring myself to buy a cord just to cut in half for USB ends.  I did the research though.
Yes, I've tried to make two.  Neither gave the slightest indication of working.  0C00 error.
drives I've tried are an old Dane-elec 84mb and a sandisk cruzer micro skin 128mb.
more details in this forum on Cemetech (the last three pages)

I remember my freshman year I started working on an "idiot test", along with some avoidance/click the right picture games.
Hmm...I want to finish it now...

Argh, it's not on my flash drive.  I guess it's in my "my documents" folder at school...It'll have to wait until Monday

Friday was a "spirit day" (wear costumes) for us too, to end homecoming week.  I'll guess our school football team is getting pwned right now in the homecoming game like they always do :P

Anyways, can't wait till Monday ;D

EDIT: "LV5 Advanced (Next: 300)"

Actually, I haven't done a mem clear since around january.  I coudl try re-sendig the OS...it does seem to have some random problems, now that I think of it.  Say, I press 3 and real(36, or real(40, pops up.  That'll be quite the marathon with TILP, I haven't been able to get any backup program to work at all. @DJ thanks for the link, I'll try it after school.

40% on heaven level now!
and I got like two percent in the chaoz level.  I'm hoping that's the hardest one, aside from the hidden one.

I spent something like 10 minutes trying to figure out how to trigger the effects before I realized they happened on their own :P
And actually, I was using Calcutil.  For some reason (IDK why) my 84+ thinks it only has 10 appslots.  DCS is too big.

Got to 75% on Ipod level! Yay!
Also go about 20% on Heaven level first try ;D

Oh and does this work fine on the 83+BE?  The whole Algebra II class has these library-issue 83PBE's and I was wondering if it wouldn't clear their RAM or anything (not that they have anything that would be missed, but still...)

IDK what's going on then...I'll just have to dig through the source and see if I can find a loophole or something.
Pretty much the entire school day I've been copying the source into a notebook.  So far, it's three pages--both sides.  And not even to the main loop yet.  Lots of code to go through.
I should probably concentrate on optimizing for the time being...  Only about 600 bytes left to the 8811 limit.

OK I'm trying to do the circles and have no idea how to do it with Axe.  How would I do it?
It looks like sinX*cosX or something, but that's about as far as I can get.

EDIT: Seems like the circles are taken care of.  Thanks CoolioJazz.

Why does TI do what TI does?  Who knows?
I've been compiling TWHG for Ion, but I run it from the homescreen using Calcutil.  Would that work as a No Shell or Ion?
The problem I'm running into is that whenever I try to add something, the new addition works fine but the enemies disappear after the first frame.
After I take out the thing I had just added, the enemies still don't work...only after I restore a backup (backup is the last update I posted).
What I have done successfully was the ability to have multiple finish blocks.
To Do:
• Circular enemy movements
• Different enemy speeds (three or four)
• Door/key
• After Door/key is added, ability for multiple doors/keys
• Checkerboard pattern seen in the background
• Optimize for speed, 83+ mode is kind of slow
• Somehow get the editor in a smaller size so it can be a program (possibly with a bunch of features removed or something)

Anything else people would like to see?

Dang, I was just about to say that...seriously...
Pressing MODE fixed it, though.
Also, is there a reason that it goes to the graphscreen on exit?  Why not the homescreen?

"when compiling for a shell"
Does that mean that if I select "No Shell" there's more space?  Or is it less?
