Is this ever gonna get finished?
It's currently not being worked on and I'm not sure when Calc84 will get back to this. ( He has a lot of projects on his plate )

Computer Projects and Ideas / Re: Trio and Niko

Well, an admin moved it to Discontinued Projects, which is pretty much the equivalent of deleting a subforum, but all the topics are still together. Unless you want the subforum to be deleted and all of its topics to be moved and scattered in Other Calc Projects.
yes, I would like them scattered, please.  Thanks for responding.
That will require a lot of work but it will be done at the earliest convenience. It would be appreciated if you, or anyone else who wants this type of job done would PM the administrators with their request instead of just posting it so that we are aware of what is wanted and can more easily take care of the situation.

Hmm, people miss the new on the front page it seems. Two people already reported the PMs lol.
Now I'm wondering why reported PMs get sent as pm and not emailed.

Miscellaneous / Re: How come I have the best parents ever???
« on: September 29, 2011, 12:42:53 am »
I only had constraints because my parents thought I was spending too much time on programming and not enough on school ( which admittedly I was not managing my time then constructively ). My last year of High School though till now I've had no real constraints other then having to go help with other stuff/go to school. In fact my parents know that I want to program for a living so they are being very supportive of me learning ( while at the same time trying to help me balance my time with other important matters in life that I shouldn't ignore ).

Other Calculators / Re: Build your own Z80 calculator
« on: September 28, 2011, 06:49:09 pm »
Hrm, I'd rather want to make a "calculator" with only a d-pad, about 4 buttons and something like MirageOS as -actual- os in stead of a shell. Just for playing games, like some cheap Chinese handheld :P

hrm

Dpad, four buttons, z80

Didn't nintendo  make one of those things
It was a modified z80 so not technically a z80.

How about having alternatives to the commands that are more bash based?
mv instead of mov
rm instead of del
cp instead of cpy
exit as well as quit/q/x

Didn't I already say I'm supporting Unix-like commands?
My apologies, I missed that.
Be nicer though, not everybody has the same tolerance I have, and even mine is starting to stretch.

Well, I knew that you could handle it, so therefore I had no qualms saying it.  It isn't meant to be disrespectful -- just to point out that I had mentioned the topic you brought in my abstract.  Just a developer-to-developer hinting.
It's best not do do that type of thing in a public manner like this though in case of misunderstandings made by others looking in like what has happened.

Art / Re: Shakespeare's comics [webcomic]
« on: September 28, 2011, 02:06:03 am »
Edit: I dont think .tk is blacklisted on google; DT's clrhome comes right up..
You have to go through a process to get it unblocked. It's highly annoying.
Really? My site was never blocked ???
You are right, my apologies, google only blocks .co.cc not .tk
It seems facebook has blocked .tk though.

Are there any free domain names that aren't blacklisted on google/fb/have
crappy uptime? :P I checked and a .com would only be like 10 bucks a year actually but I dunno..
We could probably get you a subdomain on omnimaga, or you should go for getting one from Juju

The Axe Parser Project / Re: Bug Reports
« on: September 27, 2011, 02:32:42 am »
Hi i just downloaded Axe 1.0.4 and wanted to compile a code i made with 1.0.2 into an app.
After backupping an unknown error appears :
A429958

If you close it the app still works normally
You might want to try with the new 1.0.5b that Quigibo just released today.
