Due to the textures being drawn, it takes more to draw a texture then it does to draw an untextured wall, so the more texture to draw, the slower it is.

Hmm, strange...so Control Panel\Programs\Default Programs\Set Associations doesn't work? I would think it would...maybe I'm just crazy

For me, windows is convinced 8xp are text files and will refuse to treat them as anything else

lol, just keep that ready for the middle of the winter when your heating bills get too high  I used to use my laptop adapter as a foot warmer (and I wasn't wearing any socks at the time, either). Worked wonderfully well, too.
That is an amazing idea! why haven't I thought of it! My laptop get's warm enough that my hands are hardly cold too

Yeah, I don't think many people like conflict and rightfully so. They probably will stay around what they are right now, hopefully less. I don't plan on taking a hiatus again for a while, but if I do I will warn you, don't worry.
