News / Re: Hosting and Domain News« on: April 19, 2013, 08:48:01 pm »What beta site? There is no beta site listed.Oh lol I actually edited my post but you probably had quoted it before I hit submit. I meant i-lost-the-ga.me rather than xlib.mtv. My badxlib.mtv-music-generator.com are not on the list at all, I-lost-the-ga.me is listed as active as well as mtv-music-generator.com.Eeems.ca has moved completely off of the omnimaga servers and is now on it's own vps 996

Under SMF 1.1.18 (What we are one) this will not be possible. We may add something like this in the future. There are plans on an overhaul of the site, but it's eta is unknown as of yet.

News / Re: Hosting and Domain News« on: April 19, 2013, 04:11:02 pm »first?Actually the ping time listed is not your speed. It's the average ping from the servers used to check to see if our servers are still up. 1000

We now have a Subdomain listing showing the status of all public subdomains and domains in the omnimaga network and who to complain to if something goes wrong with them.
Eeems.ca has moved completely off of the omnimaga servers and is now on it's own vps, adding yet another server into the omnimaga network. You can now view the current status of the servers in the omnimaga network (Including the withgusto network) by visiting one of the status pages. 1001
OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions« on: April 13, 2013, 03:32:23 pm »Does it means that OmnomIRC could temporarily move to backup2.withg.org? Also any official info on what caused the downtime yet?OmnomIRC is and was already on backup2.withg.org. 1002
OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions« on: April 12, 2013, 06:19:33 pm »Ah ok thanks for the clarification. By the way, I take it that the server problem only affects Omnom, right? Because Reuben Quest and Illusiat's websites (which are hosted on Sorunome server, which is hosted on the same server as OmnomIRC) still appear to work fine (although they're slow).backup2.withg.org is different from Sorunomes server afaik. backup2.withg.org is one of Alberts servers and part of the withgusto network. Sorunome doesn't host OmnomIRC on his server because of ping issues. 1003
OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions« on: April 12, 2013, 12:38:38 pm »The fact that there's a Minecrack server on it is probably why OmnomIRC lags so much when there are more than 15 members online at once. There isn't a server there. It's been closed for a long time now. 1004
OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions« on: April 12, 2013, 11:11:23 am »the mc server hosted on it will suffer thoWhich server is it on again? 1005
OmnomIRC Development / Re: OmnomIRC changelog and suggestions« on: April 12, 2013, 10:54:56 am »http://chat.eeems.ca:9003/Looks like a harddisk died. pray its just a raid failure or somethign and the data is salvageable. le sighAs long as that server only holds the OmnomIRC data, i have all of it on my local hdd. The only thing lost would be then the logs. We wouldn't really lose the logs either. |
