Calculator C / Re: We MUST port that to Ndless« on: June 26, 2013, 03:54:30 am »I've ported most of the code the Lua and it seems to be working almost properly in the student software. (It probably will be very very slow on calc ;P). However, the code (of the original) it very unoptimized and the person porting it to the Nspire C should really rewrite some of it I'm already changing a lot in my Lua port ^^I was kind of waiting for this comment to show up Cool effect though. It might be useful for a space themed game or something. 199
News / Re: TI-Nspire OS 3.6 1st official capture: let's fight cheaters!« on: June 22, 2013, 02:05:27 pm »
Yeah, there will be found a way to change that text which is nice for us but again won't make TI happy Will those tools fall into the same category as OSLauncher and such then?

I didn't read all the posts yet, but that indication on the homescreen seems like a sort of step in the right direction to me. Let us do what we want with stuff like ndless and linux, and just have an indication if you have a CAS installed or modified something. Besides all the evil stuff with downgrade protection and such I'm curious to see if there will be other, nice additions to the OS.

Minecraft Discussion / Re: Epic Things you Built in Minecraft« on: June 19, 2013, 02:11:41 pm »
I've used Sonic Ether's shaders quite a lot on my machine and I must say it performs quite well (render distance needs to be on normal from time to time, but hey). I run it on my laptop with an nvidia GeForce GT630M. One thing's for sure though, OptiFine helps A LOT

This isn't what we're waiting for TI It almost seems like they only see the evil and not the good(games and other tools) in what we do.

Not as far as I know now. I really hope they do one. F-zero GX on the gamecube was my 2nd favorite (SNES one being the first) I hope they do one similar to GX (even better graphics :O).
