I want to shrink a volume on my HDD so I can create another partition. It took very long so I though it wasn't doing anything and shut it down. Apparently I should not have done that because now it says "Logical Disk Manager: Acces denied" everytime after a while when I attempt to shrink. Is there any way to fix this that doesn't involve reformatting? I can't afford to lose the data on this disk.

IIRC the only keys that repeat are the arrowkeys, though there was some sort of 'workaround' by using the tab key or something. I've been in this situation many times myself and am also looking for a solution

Thanks .
By the way, does anyone know how many colors each SNES sprite support at once? Also are all those sprites split into 16x16 or 8x8 chunks? That might help if I try to make a SNES style version of the title screen above.
A SNES sprite uses one of eight 16-color palettes.

That's pretty cool. May the force be with the internets forever. But how would you find something like that ?

Hey, I have access to a 3d printer and a CNC. Could I get a copy of the model file?
I totally did not expect someone to run in here and say "hey I can print that on my 3D printer for you" That's awesome.

I didn't use gpSP finally because it isn't full screen and looked like crap.
gpSP can be fullscreen, you have to adjust the scaling in the options or something (top option iirc). The CX and 84CSE definitely need to go in the banner, and of course a lobster.

Well charging happens via the USB port on top of the nspire, so I guess you should make some sort of movable part on top of your dock or place your nspire upside down But perhaps there are other ways to charge we have yet to discover.

The nspire has 3 types of programming languages available: BASIC: very limited, useful for mathematical programs, but no graphical commands whatsoever. Lua: simple and quite powerful language and much fun to work with, works on OS 3.0 and above. If you have questions about this you should poke jimbauwens, he's very fond of it and has helped me quite well before C: if you hack you nspire using ndless you have the amazing power and speed of C to add to your arsenal. Some useful websites: http://www.ticalc.orghttp://www.ndlessly.wordpress.comhttp://www.inspired-lua.org

I'll clean up the drive and will then make C something around 80GB which leaves the rest of the drive for D. The enitre drive is 500GB.I'll split the drive up. C will be 200 and D the rest.

I plan to install Mint as a dual boot on my old laptop since I can't find any new drives that fit. I'm completely new to installing a linux distro, only having used live boots before. The current OS is Windows Vista. I have two partitions C(windows) and D(empty). How would I install Mint on D without risking breaking my windows install and losing everything ?
