I study astronomy (first year is just physics though) now (and did ancient greek at college). Ancient Greek is awesome I'm currently translating the Illias. If you mean connecting to the internet, then it already has been done once with lua iirc and once with ndless/linux. It requires a computer though and does not (yet) work without one.

If I start to get those under control, I plan to start Mandarin, Arabic, Latin, and Russian in the fall.o.o That's a lot of languages, how do people find time for these things! Though I might want to learn some Mandarin and Russian too [edit] that Memrise looks awesome, maybe I can finally learn some decent french 429

Can't you do like Java and just dump everything in a file? In Java you can just write the object to a file (.ser) and retrieve it later by reading that file.

Looks nice I've use Processing once (it still floats around on my old HDD) but never really did anything with it, I'm now just plain Java. What's the game going to be about? It looks like some sort of puzzle/adventure mix (which can be really awesome).

Suddenly I found myself in the need for some delicious spriting, so I'm going to post my fruity pixels in this thread. Of course anyone is free to use them if he/she wants to (though I warn you, I'm not very good ) Also if anyone has suggestions/critics on my work please say so, so I can work on improving my skills
