Like Lavos in the Ocean Palace in Chrono Trigger? Seriously, I had a well leveled up party, then he blasts everyone for 1000 damage almost as soon as the battle starts! And the max HP is 999...

With an 84? Are you crazy? Use a TI-81.
@nemo: They have good reason to have faith in that number. It's encrypted with 1024-bit encryption. To put that into perspective, it took a team with extremely high-tech resources about 2 years to decrypt a 768-bit number. 1716

Yeah. It gets kinda funny if you leave the Axes On, or have a bunch of long straight lines. It'll draw the same pattern every time if you leave the screen blank, though.

My friend had made a program to simulate <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Langton's_ant">Langton's Ant</a> in BASIC a while back.
To test my Axe skills (back when I first was learning Axe), I decided to port it to Axe. I think it came out fairly well. It's not very optimized though. Please check it out. ![]() Included in the zip: AANT - Source for ANT AANT2 - Source for ANT2 (It draws 2 ants!) ANT ANT2 1719

When he said it would be slow, I think he meant when the bitmap was drawn, because drawing directly to the LCD is extremely slow when compared to drawing to the buffer.

Shouldn't you also take the time to scroll through all of your code, in all of the programs for your project?

Actually, that sounds like a pretty good idea.
That can work too. I personally don't know much about japaneese stuff so I can help much on that stuff.I don't know much Japanese either. That's why I'm learning and using Google Translate for this stuff. Edit: You mean skills like this for Arc? Hofuku / Retribution Meiyo kodo / Honor Code Kishi-do / Chivalry English provided here so you know the names. 1723
Art / Re: Sprite request for Nostalgia« on: June 29, 2010, 08:45:47 pm »
Yeah, it looks like a scar to me too, but they are some people out there who wouldn't realize or wouldn't want to realize that, and it would be best to take precautions to prevent someone from reporting this to ticalc if I submit it there (and I most likely will after the contest).

OK. I just wanted some input, because some games do that sort of thing.
Just look at the Megaman X series. Almost all of Zero's special attacks are named in Japanese, even in the English version of the game. 1725

I was wondering which names you thought were better for each skill.
For example, skill #1 might sound better in English, while skill #2 might sound cooler in Japanese. |
