News / Re: More information on the TI-84 Plus CE« on: January 14, 2015, 09:49:24 pm »
One of these would be nice, something to use on a test, but I have difficulty justifying the investment; without 3D capability, there's not much to justify this thing over the 84SE I already have. Sure, nspires are powerful enough for 3D, but the cost of those things is prohibitive, and they're not allowed in places that 84s are. What with all the ARM chips lying around these days, I'd place my money on it just being an ARM CPU with some actual power in it, rather than a z80, though I question why emulation would even be necessary; with its own OS, what is it emulating? TI-Basic has always been interpreted, hasn't it?

Apparently, I am!
New in v1.81 Level loading and cache validation speed improvements on 15MHz devices! Fixed a bug involving trying to load directly after a save. 4
TI Z80 / Re: zStart - an app that runs on ram clears« on: March 16, 2014, 09:02:43 pm »The problem is that the time it takes to rearchive a program is enough to lose the state in your head, and I've got such a gigantic program list that the calculator takes ages to get to anything. (Fast Program Menu would be awfully nice.)Is there any way to add some sort of "suspend" to the program editor? Press a button and you're at the homescreen, where you can math out that constant you need, and then press it again and you're back where you were.I've got a better idea. Make ON + MATH return to the last place you were editing. 5

zStart has issues when there are enough labels that the menu goes off the screen. The rightmost column is full of the Btm listing, and the cursor is off the screen, and selecting a label doesn't take you to the right one.

Zombie Gun: back for the dead BETA 1 is here!
Things changed: You go to the shop instead of the title screen when you die, and you have the chance to buy back your health--if you don't have any, you can't get back into the game. Press ON+CLEAR to quit. (will have this go back to title screen eventually) Zombie spawns tweaked. No more camping in corners! Half-fixed ammo cost overflow. Fixed wonky health in shop (I think) Added a timer between your shots! (top right corner) Derped up the title screen something fierce. Made it so that five-digit ammo counts display properly in the HUD! Let me know of any bugs you find! And yes, the RAM Cannon is missing. I'll add it back in later; I'm using a slightly old version. 8

TI Z80 / Re: Zombie Gun« on: March 01, 2014, 03:32:34 am »Nice! screenies soon? All I've got so far is a subtle balance tweak (no more camping in corners!), but I've got other things in the works too. 10

Currently neither Rarity nor Rainbow Dash look good at all. Rainbow Dash is almost almost recognizable, but Rarity is having one hell of a bad hair day.

Is it possible to have a scrollbar in the program editor?

I once was playing video gaems and missed the bus by several hours. When I got to school, they locked the doors behind me and my mom: the school was on lockdown.
Apparently, a kid had threatened to bring a gun to school and they were searching all the lockers. 15

Or you can do what I did and put your extra functionality in an external program and use DrDnar's RUNPRGM Axiom to swap between your app and the external program.
