Problem is, the calculators have the same flaw as computers of yesteryear: An inability to pause for a specific amount of time, meaning that programs can only delay for a number of clock cycles.

Oh oh oh, I don't know if anyone knows this, but on the 84+SE at least, if you go to New Program and type in the name of an existing, editable program, it opens up that program in the editor instantly

But still, the constrants we have to deal with force us into making some very streamlined code. I completely agree that "modern" software is ridiculously bloated.

It is indeed. Also, please do not waste time looking for Zer0es 2&3. I never uploaded them because by the time I was able to actually get my computer to connect with my calc properly ('twas on the order of months) I had already progressed to version IV.

I couldn't get sonar to work, which is why Asylum is text based. Turns out, inData( is the command I was looking for. However, I have no idea how to compare the string bits to, actually, anything. Help!

I used Photoshop 'cause my Digital Photo class is about one half taking photos and three-fourths Photoshop. This means that the PCs I currently have access to have Photoshop.

Does Axe's inData do that for me though, or do I have to do it myself? And if inData does work, how do I use it? OMG post 100

Photoshop, man. Gotta love the Photoshop. It just takes a crapload of experimenting and then some to ascend the learning curve and get it to do what you want it to do. I think that applies to a lot of things in life, including people.
