Also, I've seen 84s out there, SE and BE, that have never been updated since they were bought. One had an OS with a version number that started with 1!
The point of this is that the OS may be super old, and the error it's throwing may be legitimate.

I just said that, didn't I? I don't program it. I don't have a program to use groups in Axe. I, manually, via buttons, navigate the OS and manually group my levels. Manually. Not programmatically.

In fact, trying to do {A} will just get you the Ath byte. In case you're using 0.5.3b and run out of vars, There are Axe's secret Vars, X/Yt1-3, accessible under the Parametric section of the Y-VARS menu that comes up when you press the VARS button (sorry if I'm overexplaining)

Would it be possible to do more complex sounds? Nyan cat is possible on an 84, it should be possible on an nspire...

Yay! Wait, what? ???
I group them manually, if that's what you're asking.

News / Re: ASM to arrive on TI-80 ROM 4.0 soon?

Wouldn't this mean all ti graphing calcs are now programmable with asm. (hopefully the nspire cx will be programmable with time)
All TI calcs are programmable.
Some don't allow you to program anything useful.
Instead, TI leaves the task of producing useful software up to itself.
TI is not very good at producing software.
There is math do be done here, but MathPrint just crashed on me, so I'm kinda screwed.

Hey, guess what?
Nymless has new features!
I figured out how to have multiple levels on calc: Groups. No, really.
It's not perfect, but at least I can make levels while I work on fixing the Save program.
I also added some new features!

Mines explode individually!
Inverse mode is a go!
Lock finder!
Door finder!
All-three finder!
Restart button (only works when dead)!
Explosions actually behave!
Quicksave remapped to Y= and Clear! (Protip: Hold Y=, THEN press Clear.)

I'll upload it laters. In the meantime, have fun with the longing

Would it be possible to have an option to turn these deleted versions into nondeleted Appvars?
In-place, no. A new appvar would have to be created with a copy of the contents. (Note that "turn ... into" implies in-place)
I meant as a copy. Quit inferring things! :P

I like the idea. I've never played the original, but I am looking forward to this all the same.

I did not notice the difference in art style until you showed me the original
