Maybe he paid in a pack to advertise his blog entries? It would be cool he linked somehow to the community.

That is amazing, running on the new TI-84+'s. I still have pity about that issue... I just hope people don't abuse the flash memory until it starts to fail. Sparing flash memory use is a good practise but you can erase and write many thousands of times before going corrupt.

Internet (HTML pages) on z80 line and even 68k is to forget because of their low resolution, lack of memory and cpu power it would quite useless and too much effort. But maybe tcp or udp protocol would be cool. Hey, lets link the calculators by the Internet. For the Nspire HTML pages is doable and would be amazing. PDF is also other thing to do. About wireless connection, for z80 there is bluetooth by Brandon Wilson (unfinished, though) and there is Infrared communication. This is very possible and would be quite a useful one for classes or exams. Wireless communication between calculators would be very cool, especially if there was a fun multi player game.

Portugal team is very exciting to watch but generally not suited for weak hearts. Oh well Portuguese spread around the world as early as the XVI or XVII century. Can be hard to know. And when I can I watch Spanish and English league. English football is fast. Although I want to follow a bit close the Italian for a while to see the kind of playing. Brazilian and Argentine internal league although rarely spoken, can be interesting. But I am not that addicted to football. Like I use say, I just enjoy to watch a good play time to time. And I watch many other sports, collective or not.

Advantages of ASM: More Cross-Calc capability More Calc people know it
Assembly depends on the type of processor. So it is not very cross-calc. I don't think that many people know ARM assembly as C. C is a general language for computers and even hand held devices. The advantages are full control on the hardware and ultimate speed. C and ASM size difference in the Nspire is neglected. For Nspire, like DJ said, it is going to be C for general stuff and ASM for the stuff we think is impossible, before calcmaniac84 does something.

SLB, SLB, SLB, SLB, glorioso, SLBêeeé, glorioso, SLB!!! *from heart and using from full lung* I couldn't resist. I am not from any fan club or "claque" but I this season was a good one. I enjoy following the matches when there is decent and exciting football matches being played and that happened with Benfica, Sporting de Braga and Porto this season. Unfortunately Sporting (Sporting de Braga is a different team of Sporting and was a surprise) is in pretty bad state... Note: glorioso means glorious and SLB is Sport Lisboa e Benfica. Now there is the world cup. Let's see how Cristiano Ronaldo gets back its title of best player of the world. ^^ (or not) Btw, since there is no other portuguese around here (there a good probability of portuguese descent being of Benfica, though) but what teams and sports, you watch games? In europe football is the sport of masses. In US, I know most things from movies and culture.

Maybe a compiler that converts axe->asm text instructions, to allow for hand-optimizing
Or just a disassembler. It would also be cool to use Axe Parser code into assembly. The only really down to Axe Parser is memory that limits big games. Or maybe if you provide some commands to read AppsVars from the archive. But the code limit can be extended to 16KB with APPS. Brandonw knows how to create APPS on the calculator, I think. It might not be recommend thing to do.

Amazing. Speed with ease to code. I think when Axe Parser comes to the final features, lots of games will be coded in Axe Parser instead of "hand coded" assembly.
Imagine what a good tile mapper can do. We can do action games with Axe Parser with no doubts. Manipulating around 10 enemies, animated sprites, it is great.

If someone is interested in electronics, the Electronics For Dummies is a great one for absolute beginners.
Do not start to joke about being for dummies because it is not really for dummies, it is definitely for absolute beginners. A little more off-topic but they have good cheat sheets about a lot of stuff in their website. If you are starting some new hobby check it out.

That was a good way to show the TI-Nspire graphics possibilities. And makes me wish to learn C.

Most console emulators have this features. The ease to implement this stuff depends on the design of wabbitemu's code. It is very unlikely they planned a cheat search. In Spencer's build, the wabbitemu has a placeholder for watching RAM memory and break the emulator on write or read in some defined address. For TI-BASIC, you would have to know TI-BASIC to mess around with the variables. During the game it would be a hard task to edit TI-OS variables. I have seen people with no programming knowledge doing impressive hacking with memory/files editing. And I think cheat search is amazingly too easy to be true.

I think for Youtube it was related to the H.264 video codec or something like that not being built-in Opera. But I'm not sure anymore.
I'm not sure why Youtube tries so hard to make sure their site only works in two browsers, especially Chrome. I wouldn't be surprised if there was some sort of conspiracy to sell out Google Chrome and Firefox
Ah, I have read something going on about that video codec. Microsoft said it would only support H.264 videos in Internet Explorer, not supporting .ogg format is somewhat bad news...

Very cool, latest wabbitemu version, Spencer. The speed option is very cool. It would be cool to have Cheat search and easy memory editor in the future. It is simply cheap fun in RPGs. The wabbitemu size is huge now. (13 MB for a program) It must be of the skins. And I think the latest versions are less responsive with some action, this might be of me using different versions at some times or it is not yet stable.

Doesn't it have some specific issues, though? I think most were video-related, though, such as on Youtube.
Never tested much of the HTML5 features so I don't know if autoplay is working. I know that in Firefox I am able to listen audio and watch videos.

Yeah, I would not enjoy running if it was too painful because of some physical condition.
I have a sternum malformation, too but for my luck, it doesn't affect the lungs at all. (I have taken some X-rays to check) But I have two bones that are salient in my chest which are not very comfortable when I lay in the floor sometimes.
