Yeah I have issues with my clone and my actual one with TiLP so its not just you :P I can look into TiLP's source to see if this is fixable its an issue with how os sending is handled I am sure. The calculator expects certain delays and I am sure that TiLP does not care.

It's uses the actual silver link driver from time or libusb for tilp they both work.  So yes it's emulated.

So some user know i have been working on a silverlink clone and guess what.

IT WORKS :D

now the not so fun news its slow. 1.1KB/s average. Where as the original is closer to 4.4KB/s average. Why its so slow I honestly have no idea as of the moment.

Things it seems to not handle ATM. It does not like to overwrite variables. I think I know why that's the next thing to fix. And it occasionally freezes because I have not enabled usb Reset yet (and other power save features)

Anyone have an arduino leonardo OR clone to test?

It takes a few days because we are typically busy we get emails for every news article that's attempted to be posted.  We just work and have lives outside of here so yes there can be delay even though we try not to let that happen ^^

That is a large amount of what it is on top of me just not having time to go on Ti-Planet and to fight with understanding the translations. Its also Ti-Planets staff's job to post related news articles in the proper section for approval/moderation to be front paged. And we have explained that but they insist we have not so meh

This had been done weeks ago on TI-Planet, and as far as I know it hadn't been newsed about here, which is your right:
http://tiplanet.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=14065&p=158990

But now that you've newsed about something similar, not even a single link to the anterior information in the news is not normal.

I suppose it hasn't been done on purpose of course, and I expect more professional news in the future if the new Omnimaga newsers want the site to keep its reference position in the TI community, a reputation I've contributed to build with my many years of volunteer work here.

OK
1 Those are 2 completely different news articles one is adriweb talking to my balyta one is KermM. And therefor do not deserve the minor bashing in your post.

2 I kept my source  linked in complete and total fashion that the source told me I could, I asked KermM for explicit permission to copy his article and shorten it to be one link to the main article at the end. So how is that not linking the anterior forum and being unprofessional. I did my leg work sorry I do not Cross news from Ti-Planet

3 You can expect what ever you want Its not your forum we will do as we deem best

Yeah I meant to do so yesterday just forgot. And based on my personal talking with Kerm it went very well. We shall see how it all pans out as time goes on but things are looking up :D  If you get time give it a read. Its interesting albeit a little dry from the way it was typed up but it speaks for it self ^^
