@DJ, not to worry, this is primarily a computer game written in C++. Also I have a nice way of iterating through a 2D array to find coordinate data and other data, making it able to handle a high number of units of any type. Also, I will announce more of those computer-based projects as we start to work on them.

I barely see anything, and only if I go to something like the program or apps list. However, now I'm not able to see a thing. I have OS 2.0.1.

I guess that would make sense, but when I lived in western New York, our school had a small math game on the computers that forced you to know the processes behind the mathematics in order for you to advance. Idk if that could apply to say, reading but it definitely has advantages over conventional teaching methods.

Not necessarily M-rated games, but games focused on the things being taught. It might soon be experimented with here in Maryland. But yes, I really wish that the teachers would teach us a bit of programming.

It does not appear to have worked. (Uberspire, finish your prototype asap!)

For some reason, my nSpire screen seems to be busted. It looks as though the contrast is set to low but I tried raising it and to no avail. It is a problem on both the Nspire and the emu. I cant even see the boot up sequence save for that part where it all goes dark for a few seconds. The only thing I did was set DoorsCS to start on startup but I don't know if that's the problem. The only other thing is that my cat may have stepped on the screen and broke it, but she's still a kitten and is not heavy enough to even remotely do that.
Any ideas on fixes?

Ok, derivatives are basically the slope of any point in a function. So for like y=5x, the slope is 5 the entire way across. But what about 5x^2? There as you can see, the slope for every point is different. This is how you do derivatives. For every element, take the exponent of x, multiply it by the coefficient, then subtract one to the exponent. 5x^2 -> 10x(^1). 10x -> 10(x^0), 10 -> 0 (note if you take the derivative of an element with x^0, it goes to 0). Hope that explains it. edit: Ninja'd

Computer/calcDaemons: On hold, will work it during the Summer and through College, calc port will come out on project paradise. CalcNinja Gaiden: Again on hold. Imma going to wait until I actually know some Axe (or even some assembly) until I even begin working on this one. ComputerRTS Game: Currently being worked on, atm my friend and I are arguing over whether or not it's row based (Age of War) or more like Starcraft. Zombie Game: On hold until we finish RTS game. Just a 2d, mouse and keyboard game. Tunnel Game; I'm porting my tunnel game to the computer and then to the Xbox 360 as an indie game as part of a pack, so stay tuned!

I would say that I think the future of learning is game-based learning. Learning through playing games, you know? So the computer industry and software design industry will have a heyday with that.

My money's a bit tight atm, but once I have the funds I'll definitely get the $200 deal. Good luck on this and I hope know it's going to be a huge success.

Oooh, that's cool! Do you mind if I make a game based on that for my Homescreen Game Pack, Homer?
Sure, keep in the fact that the controls are actually inverted and you only have up/down controls.

I made a small program. Idk if it can be classified as a tunnel game exactly but it is similar. It goes off of mrmprog's idea of an invisible tunnel. Also, a battle program for a theoretical RPG sounds cool. (I just realized, this is the first game I uploaded to Omnimaga! )

Ok, I see (actually, wouldn't 55/1 be an integer when multiplied? 55/1*2 = 110

I would say it might be best to write our own IDE (or modify an open source one like scite). That way we could also include Axe and such.
