You should have waited to necropost about my necropost...

This thread would probably turn into another necropost game. :P

Questions I want to ask, but won't work
Spoiler For Spoiler:
Question 1: Is the door I will pick safe? [7]
Because you are smart enough to escape, you will eventually leave unharmed. Pick any door as it will be the correct one. Also, Quantum Suicide.

Question 2: This sentence is false. Is that true? [7]

Door will explode, revealing what is behind it. Again with another door. You now have a 50-50 chance.

Edit: 1111th post!

My answer:

Spoiler For Spoiler:
Divide into two groups of three and one of two

Weigh the two groups of three against eachother and of one is heavier, measure two out of the three. If one is heavier than the other, that' the one, else it's the third one you didn't weigh.

If both groups of three weigh the same, weigh the remaining two and whichever is heavier is it.

Probably the same as the correct answer :P I've seen questions like this before.

3675: You know that Humor and Jokes, Introductions, and formerly Spam don't count towards your post count

3676: You are the first to use  in a while (as it would seem)

3677: You helped  become an emoticon

So a calculator forum was named after a final fantasy spell? :P

This forum started as a place for RPG development and discussion. Makes sense to have an RPG inspired name~

If the first guy you ask is a liar, he will say that yes, he will kill you if you ask him a tricky question (he will be lying).  But you will also get the same response if the first guard is the one who kills people.  If the answer is yes, all you know is that the guard you just talked to is not the guard who tells the truth (but doesn't kill people), you still don't know where the liar is or where the guy is that kills people

Actually, by asking that, you will end up with two yeses and a no. yes (Truth, I will kill you) and yes (Lie, I actually won't kill you), and then there must be a no (Truth, I won't kill you)

The one who says no is one of the two that tells the truth. Thus, ask him what the exit is.

Quote
You can only ask 2 questions

But you can ask them to each guard once :P

So that would actually work as well.

It looks like Yahoo mail is even less...
It's seems impossible to find a good system that doesn't have any flaws...

I suppose we could just give up and do what DJ_O said by giving trusted members the password. :P

If you used WinFF/FFMPEG to convert videos to smaller formats, such as MP4, you could use Dropbox to share video clips between one another then one uploads to Youtube. Right now on my Dropbox, I have 6.75 GB of space, so it can potentially handle large files.

Miscellaneous / Re: Dreams

A log in my Dream Journal:

??/??/96-97

My first dream.

This one happened just before my first memory. I had the fortune of my earliest memory occuring as I woke up. This

was the dream I had before waking up. I like to call it, The Pre-Life Dream.

I was three when I had this dream. Much of it is no longer accessible in memory. However, I can recall certain

"scenes" as well as the overall context of the dream. The dream was, essentially, the history of the Earth and

Humanity.

I don't know where the dream started, or rather, when it started. I think it began somewhere in the Dark Ages or Antiquity. Time flowed fast. I mean, REALLY fast. Imagine, centuries flying by in seconds. With only a small periods of time flowing normally. I remember seeing wars, ships, scenes I recognise now as Spanish Galleons landing at the Americas. Firearms, rocketry, possibly the lunar landing. Time kept flying forward until it stopped. Present day. Then I woke up, with no memory of the day before. To me, consciousness started at that point in time.

This is an important dream for me. Due to the fortunate circumstance of my first memory, it gives me a little insight into our state before we gain consciousness. Before we exist. I often wondered, at what point do we exist? Is there a time before the beginning of consciousness? I've concluded that we do experience time in this state, but we are not aware of it. (For me it also raises the question of when exactly does a person have a soul? But that's far beyond the scope of this thread) :)

Lets not derail this thread with image-editing...

That's actually the point of this thread :P

Think of this as our Peanut Factory where we make all the latest brands :D
