Gaming Discussion / Halo : Combat Evolved
« on: June 02, 2007, 12:11:00 pm »
I was wondering if anyone plays Halo:Combat Evolved. If they do then I would like to setup a little contest or a little clan or something. If you don't play then what games do you play.

1. Oh my gosh I didn't know that dude people always told me that games had to be SLI supported. Well then ok.

2. Two graphics cards prove well for when developing 3D levels with 10-300 millions polygons.(because thats what you have to do to get the normal maps out of it and make the low polygon level(500,000 - 600,000 polygons) look good)(That's how gears of war did it.)

3. Next-gen graphics card??? Isn't the geforce 8800GTX next-gen?? If not tell me what is because I thought the Xbox had a 8800GTX in it/

Crashman's routine was made for TI-82 yes. It won't work on 83 or 84 because it needs a little modification(shouldn't be hard).

Yes it was originally BASIC+xLIB. Simply put...H*** no. There would be no point in finishing it since XBASIC can not match up to ASM when it comes to action games.

Anyways there are no updates for the Massacre because I have been busy with finals which SUCK. Some good news is that I tested out(I won't have to take it next year) Computer Concepts 2, and Advanced Programming Techniques since they were both about C++ programming. So I have to take this philosophical type of computer course next year about optimization and how to figure out optimizations on high-level by the low-level x86  assembly. After that in my junior year it is on to my college computer courses!!!!!! :)smile.gif

because M2N SLI will also make games render with double speed if they support 2 graphics card and it will most definetly make Vista render double the speed since it supports it

But I cannot see it without clicking the "Active Topics" link to view all the new topics/topics posted in. When I just go to the staff forum regularly it does not show up.

Cool 3 monitors. Yo you think 2 Geforce 8800GTXs could run 4 monitors.

Hey graywolf you think you could shrink one or both of those images a little bit. Because your posts always run off the page and I have to scroll over to read your posts all the time(Just a suggestion)(Or maybe I should get a bigger screen than 1024x768

Ultima V looks amazing.(I just looked at the screenshots again.)

I am fine without screenshots. I actually like screenshots better when they are fairly complete and "glossy" looking. Eh that may just be me.

That stuff looks great man :thumb:thumb.gif

Its funny though your projects start as 1 byte programs and then expands to 100 bytes and then 10000 bytes and so on... haha it's cool though it looks like DragonShell is going to be pretty cool.

Yeah that is the part I hate about Crashman's routine is that it is column major not row major.
