UPDATE

1. it sais "your pokemon was send to the box" but the box is empty...
Fixed. I am glad I coded Pokemon when I had no skills, I can understand my code in one minute and fix the bug in another minute.

2. the pokemon chose menu jumps randomly
In fact no, it was working very well, but I actually optimized it so hard the last time I touched it (read, I coded it so bad the first time I touched it) that it scrolled too fast for you to see it scroll well, and you just thought it was jumping randomly. Fixed too.

3. if you fail at one boss you are resporning behind him and can go to the next boss (even by the other people in pokemon)
This problem is present since ages, and I failed many times to fix it. Thanks for reporting again though, because some times, I test my program and everything seem to work well.
Just a question: does that problem only appear with bosses or also with wild Pokemons and trainers ?

It is because that image is aimed at programmers, not humans.
* Hayleia runs
Just for the recall, we are ponies, not humans. :P
* Streetwalker runs
I actually thought about writing "ponies" instead of "humans", but Juju, who posted the image (so he saw it) is a pony too so that would not have worked.

Good to see this update Hayleia. :) Have you updated the ticalc and Omni dl section copy?
Yes I did. But ticalc still didn't approve it.

This thing is still in dev? O.O
It is, because the best game ever should never be discontinued even though it is fully playable, it still needs additions, like a shop that lets you buy more than two working items, and for that, I first tried to optimize and to change the way some things were working to have more space in the executable (hence the bugs).

And cheats? want want want :D
There are two cheats: one of them is even described in the first post, the other can only be found if I tell you what it is or if you really try hard. It has two effects, and even though you could see one of its effects easily, the second one is really hard to see without knowing it beforehand.

(and as usual, if you find any bug in the game, or any grammar issue in my sentences, please report so I can improve).

I never figured out how to change data values in the array after it was created :/.
If you compiled as an app and used an array "inside your program", of course you couldn't change the array since you "can't" edit your app. But if you compile as a program, or if your array is in an external var (like an appvar), there should be no problem.

Plus, who doesn't want to win one or two calculators?
I already own a CX CAS and a CSE. But of course, the prize is not the reason why I won't enter the contest: I have oral exams to pass this summer so I will most likely not have the time for a contest.

We aren't human, apparently.
The image won't load here D:

nice job
and thank you:the cheat is still there :P
A cheat ? What cheat ? I don't know what you are talking about.
(Don't tell anyone about those cheats lol, they were meant for debugging purposes. And try not to cheat too much, it kills all the fun).

Also, you may not have done it on purpose (maybe you hit "send" twice) but you double posted.

It is so awesome my hand gave you a +1 without me controlling it.
I thought about houses in trees, but not about houses inside the tree. Really, great idea, and very well done.

I agree with XiiR3CR34T10N, pxl detection is not a good idea. I made that in TinyCraft at first, and it worked well... before the mobs came. And when mobs are off-screen, how do you pixel test ?

Also, as other said, you need a tilemap with a map in array anyway to draw and edit your map, so that said, just use that array again for collisions.

Double posting for an UPDATE
Fixed that problem with catching Pokemons.
Download in attachement for now (waiting for ticalc to approve the update).

Thanks for reporting bugs. Keep doing it as soon as you find one so I can fix it.

That's rather nice looking Hayleia.
Thanks.

I used to build a nice little wooden house in all my worlds but after watching a certain let's play I switched to 9*9 rooms (more space efficient, and with a lot of mods your house expands quickly). :P Though I could try to adapt the design...
Well my rooms are 3x3 so they are kind of efficient space wise.
In fact I am pretty new to MineCraft so I don't really know what I need in a house. I just put a bed and a chest (the furnace and all are outside the house). This is also why I put so many torches on the ground, I don't know how many I should put to have no mobs spawn there.

Not so epic but I made a village in trees on my Android.

It is a pity that the Prizm is always compared to the Nspire series. Prizm coders are discouraged to see Nspire programs not run on the Prizm (like Doom being fluent on the Nspire and lagging on the Prizm) and don't code a lot so there are not many Prizm games around.

But they really should keep coding, this Metroid mockup is the proof that the Prizm is, even if less powerful than the Nspire, a good platform to develop for.

I really hope that this game will come to fruition one day, and not stay only a one-battle game.

News / Re: Ten TI Z80 calculator games you might have forgotten
« on: June 19, 2013, 11:22:14 am »
What ? One of my games made the news ? What ? Two of them actually ? Wait what ? Three ?

More seriously, I must thank the Omnimaga community a lot for its support. If there was less support, I don't think I would have put so much things in Pokemon (and special credits to contributors like Zero44 and Nikitouzz for the Linking program and the Pokédex).
And of course, thanks to everyone making awesome projects here that helps everyone coding, like Quigibo and Runer112 for Axe Parser, thepenguin77 for zStart (among other things but if I start a list I won't finish today) and Merthsoft for TokenIDE. And excuse me for the people I forgot to thank.

edit
I noticed some weird things about your news (talking about my games):
- you say "84+" while it should be "83+/84+" like Swords (I don't use 15 MHz, only 6)
- The screenshot are not animated, event though I posted animated screenshots (iirc they were animated) in the descriptions of the games in the Omnimaga archives

Ah, the "|E" is not a "|" followed by a "E", but the small uppercase "E" you find with [2nd]+[,]
