I think that his calc crashes when he tries to send CrateBox.8xk to his calc, but not when he sends programs. Is that it ?
But what do you mean by "Crash" ? does it RAM Clear ot does it just refuse to transfer ? If it refuses to transfer while you have enough space, maybe you have 16 384 bytes left, but not 16 384 consecutive bytes ? If so, a very annoying solution is to backup everything, remove everything, GarbageCollect (or even full mem clear), then resend everything from the largest to the littlest (and by the same occasion don't put things you never used back on your calc).

I honestly don't think this will be included... Because it's not really about Axe.. But you already have an amazing compiler right here. I think it may take an entire extra App Page, but... Do you think one type of compile could be made for Axe code (traditional) and then have another feature to compile pure Ti-Basic or library'd Basic into pure ASM, so it runs faster (not interpreted) and it can still be.. ya know.. Basic..?
As you said, this has nothing to do with Axe, and that entire app page you are talking about will most likely be a separate app, rather than part of the Axe Parser. Also, that is not the fact that it is interpreted that makes TI Basic slow. Look at Grammer, it is interpreted and still very fast.

Very amazing
Thanks Also, should I add realistic gravity ? It is not hard at all, but since Ashbad's version didn't have it, I didn't put it in mine. So what do you think about it ?

Is it wrong to say your favorite genre? I am not saying all other genres are bad, just that I prefer a certain genre.
Well that still means that when you hear a music for the first time, you have an idea of if you'd like it a bit or a lot, even before you heard it. And that if I give you two musics, you'll choose to listen the one of the genre you prefer before the other, or something. I don't say it is bad, it is not as bad as saying "all other genres are crap", but I still prefer not having prejudices on something I don't know

Sorry...
Don't be sorry, that is ok as long as you don't do it again Also, you still have the possibility to edit your first post to add the content of the second one, then delete the second one

I don't have any "favorite artist". That is discrimination to think that because some band made one music, all of their music is good. And the contrary is true too, it is stupid to think that some artist is bad because we heard their worst song but not the others. And those sentences stay true if you replace "artist" with "genre", so I don't understand why people often listen to one only genre of music, saying other genres are crap. To answer to the topic, my favorite music is Sun of Pearl by An Endless Sporadic. edit Also, you have a "modify" button, so please refrain double posting within a short period

Well in fact, I first wrote Pokemon in Basic (then discovered ASM and started rewriting it in ASM), then discovered Axe and started rewriting it in Axe. And once the tilemapper was done, the thing I did for the battle engine was code recycling Of course, as you said, there were problems of coordinates as you said, and reading data was not in matrixes, among other problems, and I added things that Basic couldn't support at the time, but I still kept the original algorithmic scheme edit "Hence why it is so unoptimised" would say some, but I couldn't really do another way, I only had 2 months of holidays so I did my best to finish it in time before school starts again, and code recycling was very time saving. And I didn't feel like recoding from scratch something that I already coded and took me one month to code.

How did I miss this before? THat must have been around when I stopped posting in calc stuff for a while. This looks very great and true to the PRIZM version (or was it for Flash before?).
Thanks And nope, Ashbad was first, hence "Portage" in the title I wonder if you planned to release this in Omni's archives (or at least put a link to http://www.omnimaga.org/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=13795.0;attach=13132 in the downloads section, since uploading doesn't work properly) if not already done? It would be easier to find
Well the problem is that I read somewhere that "you never finish a program, you just stop working on it", and indeed, I was planning to add highscore support with name saving for this game, but finally got lazy so I don't really know if it is finished as it is (even though it is fully playable) or if I'll ever get the motivation to add highscores Does the archive support updating ? If so, I could put it there without worrying Also, does TIcalc.org support updating too ? Because I really never uploaded anything there but I think I should at some point

Soooo... I finally tried to create my rom with Wabbit by saving directly with the .rom extension, and it worked in some way It said "Flash Failed". I guess it means it doesn't support all zStart features. At least it displayed something this time

I've been working on an update for AB5, which I hope to have out soon. The update will have the following improvements:
- Flash app version available for TI-83+/84+ calculators.
- New enemy AI.
- Levels automatically start loading during view of mission objectives to save time.
- Miscellaneous bits of code optimisation.
- Enemies are no longer deactivated as soon as they are off screen - they now stay active within a certain distance of the screen edge.
Here's a short screenshot, which shows the new flash app version loading, and how levels automatically start loading during the mission objectives.
Glad to learn you made it a Flash app, I'll finally be able to play this on my 84+SE :D Also have you considered moving levels into appvars so that they don't fill up the program list ?
I second this request. Even though it is not as annoying as not being able to launch the game, it would still be an improvement to have them elsewhere than in the program list ;)
