Answer = yes.
(note that if you really want MaathPrint, for a reason that I would not understand (but I won't prevent you from doing so, it is your choice), then the 2.55 is more stable than the 2.53 but still buggy too)

Why would you ever have any reason to include the same program twice?
So you'll never include the same program twice, so the fact that Axe lets you include the same program twice is not a problem. So I really don't get where is your problem

MP and assembly are bad together.
That is not even it. MP doesn't need assembly to be bad, it is bad alone. I'd recommend 2.43, like Matref, if you want everything to work on your calc.

Well, you can use a for loop, but there is another way to do this without unarchiving the appvar: copy its first bytes (those you want to compare) to a free RAM area and then, use Equ>String on this area (don't forget to put the zero at the end of your copied first bytes ) Copy works with files but Equ>String doesn't

Have you already tried clearing your RAM? There should be nothing in Portal that even has the ability to change your OS, so if clearing your RAM does not fix anything, go to the Texas Instruments website and download an OS, and then send it to your calculator with TiConnect.
It has nothing to do with portal prelude, Even my own programs crash randomly. I'm getting a new OS in school today.
Why do you need to have your OS given by the school ? There are a lot of chances that they give you the very unstable 2.55, which would only solve you problems for a short period Here is a link to every OS for 83+ and 84+ if you want a new OS

My bad I forgot to specify, it is for 84 and uses Axe.
Only for 84 models ? Won't work on 83+ ?
I do not know if it will work on 83. I will test it at school today.
Of course it won't work on a 83 if it is in Axe. I asked the compatibility for the 83 + Do you use the "Full" command ? If not, then it works on a 83+ too, that is all I have to know

I'd vote for Chess if I had an account And if a second vote was possible, I think I'd go for an Exercise in Futility. Those are both really fun to play and a lot of work has been put in it.

The main reason I can think of is if you want an application to have routines that can be called from an external program, but in that case you should really be using a jump table anyways, and I think it's simple enough to figure out where that would start in an application.
Or he can use this

Do you mean compile for mirageos? Because i was compiling to asm
No, he means that when Axe says "error" and when you press a key to see where is the error when your program is archived, then you have problems. So when Axe says "error", press clear, then unarchive your prog, then run Axe again and here jump to the error.

@Hayleia try use a DS>( loop and you'll see.
No, thanks, I already triggered self-test through an Axe prog (by my fault, not the fault of Axe) so I won't try to have bugs on purpose before a long time
